Advice on Blood results please?
Hi, I'm not diagnosed with any thyroid problems but have had numerous blood tests over the last 4 years because of severe menopause symptoms that have not responded to HRT. Would you be able to have a look and see what you think please? I have also included some of the vitamins tested.

Zoladex - pre-fibroid removal
I've got a fibroid removal date through for just over 4 weeks' time. It'll be under GA (last local procedure wasn't so effective, not all fibroid was removed, and it's since continued to grow). I'm on 2 x daily mini-pill, but have had almost daily bleeding since last September. Periods of very heavy

US-based, Prospective, Blinded Study of Thyrotropin Receptor Antibody in Autoimmune Thyroid Disease
A rather disappointing paper. First, the full paper is, as so often, behind a paywall. Also, because the the paper doesn't come out with a clear "Yes, the tests are wonderful and reliable." It is quite clear that there is sufficient uncertainty to question all results from these tests. We have had

First FET - how chilled to be after?
Hi all, Just starting our 2nd IVF attempt with a FET, with our only frozen embryo. We’ve been trying for 2 years, tests show I have a low AMH of around 4, and husband had varicocele causing low motility, count & shape. We had ICSI in spring this year which sadly didn’t implant, so really nervous about

Advice please on blood results especially possible iron issues.
I would be very grateful for any advice on my recent blood results please. I am concerned that for first time ever MCH and MCHC are just over range. My serum B 12 has historically been at top of range without supplementing. This has now dropped lower although still high in range. Never feel well although

Does my daughter need thyroid medication?
My daughter is 17 and has been struggling with low energy, constipation and difficulty concentrating in class. I have Hashimotos and recognised some of these symptoms so had her tested privately. She takes Better You spray 3000 with K2 / day at the moment but no other supplements). Blood test

It feels like it has been 2 weeks already lol. I've been having slight cramps the past few days & yesterday had a teenie bit of brown spotting but putting that down to the transfer. Due to test on 29th July - I don't think I'll test early as it bursts the hope bubble & I want to stay in it as long

Test results back - within range?
I posted last week that I suspected I was hypo (family history... that and coeliac) and you suggested I go away and get bloods tested. So results are as follows, all 'within range'... Slightly disappointed because I hoped that hypo might explain some of the symptoms I have that are otherwise unexplained

Question on THS and atrophic thyroiditis
I hope you knowledgeable people can help me with learning more to assist me with advocating for my own health. On this forum, it is agreed that THS is not the sole marker on which to base treatment decisions. In the case of a thyroid which is chronically atrophied, is the TSH likely to be of even less

TSH receptor antibody result high
Hi I’ve been told by my endo that they need to keep a watch of my TSH antibody receptor levels as a recent blood test indicated that they were high (0.8 normal range 0 - 0.4 ) Tests also showed the TPO and TgAb levels as normal: TgAbTPO 10.3 (normal range <34) TgAb <15 (Normal range: 0 - 34 IU/

Symptoms of a Hashimoto flare
Dear community I am wondering if you could share your insights. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto after a Covid infection in 2022. My thyroid levels seem "normal" under substitution (recent lab): TSH: 171; fT3: 3.9; fT4: 13.8. However, I have flares that seem very clearly to be autoimmune in nature

MTFHR and possible immune disorder
hello everyone, I have been down and frustrated to say the least on this journey. IVF seems to have taken over my life. I spoke to a doctor in US to get a second opinion was I wasn’t happy with my old clinic. I am going to be 44 and I have been told by this doctor that I may have premature ovarian

Why should we have bloods 24 hours after levo dose?
Just a question that my GP has raised on my recent results . Showed TSH 0.1 (0.2-6) and T4 18.6 ( 10-20 ) I had teh test 24 hours ( 8.30am) after last dose levo. So, should I be reducing my Levo dose? Last NHS test October 2023 showed same TSH and T4 18.9. This was taken 12 hours after last

IVF options
Hi, I just wondered if anyone has heard of/used mild or natural IVF rather than traditional IVF? Especially if you’re over 40? I’d not heard of these previously, so it’s all new to me, and we have been told given my age (42) and the fact my AMH level is low etc, this could potentially have more chance
