Thyroid tests
I have
Graves
disease
since 2007 and had thyroidectomy in 2019. I have felt fine for the last 4 years on levothyroxine (75mcg Monday to Saturday, 50mcg on Sundays). I've recently developed digestive issues with some indigestion and morning diarrhea or loose stool at best.

Graves' Disease with severe Afib
I have always suspected that I have
Graves
'
disease
as well as Hashimoto's but every doctor I ever had told me that was impossible. Well, my latest labs came back positive for Graves', which makes sense to me because I have always been underweight, tremorous, and had other hyperthyroid symptoms.

I thought I was just a social drinker, and I have a few drinks after work or when I was playing soldiers. I've been recently diagnosis with fibrosis stage three and I'm coming to terms with how to live with the situation. And over the years it is caught up with me and my body is telling me I've been

High BP during dialysis
Hello, everyone! Today I’m reaching out on behalf of a friend who hasn’t joined this community yet but would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer. Her mom has been on dialysis for about 3 months and is having a rough go of it. During treatment her mom’s pressure shoots up dangerously high,

The effect of a B complex on raised liver enzymes with discomfort/pain
As mad as it sounds, every time I re start a B complex the liver pain returns I’ve had mildly raised liver enzymes with early morning liver discomfort, every single day for years but recently both have worsened and the discomfort became actual pain. However, on rising, the pain dissipates immediately

Trying to make sense of things
Can anyone explain why some people have Gleason 8 PC, high PSA and have metastatic disease, yet some with Gleason 9 and 10 have low-ish PSA (as far as PC goes) and no obvious metastatic disease (confirmed by PSMA)? I am trying to understand this damn disease and sometimes there doesn’t seem to be any

Rigidity Dominant Parkinson's Disease (Rigid PD)
Dear All, After 9 years of Parkinson's Disease diagnosis, and 4 years of HU, and trying supplements of every 'improvement' story, I think I have it all wrong. I have Rigid PD, no tremors. Cogwheel rigidity and extreme speech impairment. Now after 9 years I have some trembling in the knees if unmedicated

Info re another Auto Immune malady. Parkinson's
This info from the Michael J. Fox institute might be of interest to other followers of this site. The topic is dealing with the pain associated with Parkinson's disease (PD). Perhaps there is some advice relevant to PMR- from which I have suffered for more than a decade. In my circle of long standing
