Day 13 no action just a waiting game
Well there's nothing to report as such today as I'm just waiting to be told if my fertilised eggs are still growing which is tomorrow. I'm still feeling well post retrieval, however yesterday I was very emotional and bite everyones head off pretty sure its the hormones and if not I can at least use

ring pessary not 100% working
Hi Its so reassuring to read the posts, nobody in the "real" world talks about these things. I had a ring pessary fitted 10 days ago. After 2 days the prolapse comes down but only a little. It is 80% better than before so that is good, but not a "cure" . I was told I could ring if I was having trouble

Update...
I just wanted to give an update. I was having some bleeding over the past few days, from 7 weeks. Light brown mixed in with my pessary discharge. Today I had a scan and all looks ok!!! Heart beat seen!! I’m measuring 7+6 and no cause of bleed can be seen. I had a MMC in June at around 8-9 weeks so this

When to stop taking progesterone?
Hi Everyone, We've had some good news this end. I am currently 7.5 weeks pregnant...and with twins! After three early miscarriages, it felt like IVF was never going to work for us. We are still in a state of shock and are absolutely terrified day-to-day. Desperately hoping luck stays with us this time

Lining reduced after starting progesterone in FET
Hi everyone, Wondering if I could get some advice or see if anyone's had similar experiences. I am 35yrs old. I've had 2 miscarriages both at 6 week (age 33). At 5 weeks both had slow heart rates of 80. Then a week later nothing. My AMH was found to be low. Dr advised to continue trying to conceive naturally

Utrogestan pessaries
I’m 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. I confirmed my pregnancy with my IVF clinic yesterday morning & they ordered my next delivery of utrogestan pessaries which should have been delivered today. I called the pharmacy yesterday afternoon as I hadn’t received a call from them to confirm my delivery. They received

Don’t know what to do!? - induced labour ?
What next? Induced already - didn’t work after nearly 3 days! - do I wait it or not? I was induced due to having pre disposition health problem of arthritis - hasn’t caused any issues to pregnancy or baby health but was offered induction so I could return to old meds sooner. Been in Hosp for around

Utrogeston pessary on morning of transfer
I’m due to have my transfer tomorrow at 10.30 - I do my pessaries at 6am, 2pm & 10pm. They have to be vaginally. I have been given 2 different lots of advice from the nurses. 1 said to not do it in the morning & do it when I get home plus the other 2 later that day. The other said to still do it at 6am

Thrush treatment for BV?
Hi! So I had a positive test from the doctors for BV but was prescribed fluconazole (which I’m unable to take for other health reasons). The doctor then prescribed canesten pessary and cream thrush treatment (which I am also unable to take due to ongoing bleeding). Is it normal to be given thrush treatment

Utrogestan Vs Cyclogest
Hi everyone I have been prescribed Utrogestan this natural FET cycle as apparently there is a shortage of Cyclogest. I had some Cyclogest left over from previous cycles, but the nurse told me I need to stick to the same type of progesterone, so if I do become pregnant I need to make sure I have 3

Result of GP appointment
My GP gave me a thorough examination and confirmed vaginal prolapse tending to be towards my urethra. Will fit me with a flexible pessary in a few weeks time. I will go down that path first and see how I get on. Thank you all for your advice.

Pessary question
Please can someone tell me if it is possible to have intercourse with a size 3 ring pessary with a diaphragm support in the centre of the ring? Or do you have to remove it? Which pessaries are you able to keep in and have intercourse? I am having a doctor fit a pessary next week and just got the prescription

FET Cyclogest Vs utrogestan
Hiya everyone I'm due to start a medicated FET 🤞 next week. Due to a shortage of cyclogest I've been prescribed utrogestan. Does anyone have any experience of this ? Is it just the same as cyclogest? The only thing I know of is that it is definitely a pessary. Tia Kim x

Cyclogest Pessary
I have started taking the Cyclogest pessaries this morning and on my last cycle I found using them rectally caused me less irritation than vaginally and my nurse said it was ok to do this again but I’ve read the leaflet that comes with them and it specifically says that they must be used vaginally for

Can I take a bath whilst using Utrogestan or shower only?
I'm due to have a FET tomorrow, so I thought it would be nice and relaxing to have a bath tonight, but not sure if I can when using a pessary?? Do you think it will be ok? Or stick to shower only. I know I can't have a bath after transfer! Thank you ❤️ xx

Pessary on morning of transfer!
Hi guys, I am new to this site.. hoping to get some reassurance. I am 4dp5dt.. it’s my first cycle so everything has been very new and scary!! I’ve been on cyclogest pessaries from egg collection. I wasn’t told not to take it on morning of transfer so I did and thought no more about it. But I’ve seen
