Fybogel Mebeverine

The gp has just changed me from laxido to fybogel mebeverine. I've taken half a sachet and the pain is horrendous. It is causing awful cramps. I'm not sure what to do as I can't carry on with the constipation. I tried upping the fibre and that did the same and aggrevated the symptoms 🥹

Has anyone taken the mebeverine with fybogel ? And does it work ? .. thanks

Anyone else had/ has similar problems to me and any advice on whether Fybogel or diet has helped. He also mentioned Mebeverine which may be worth trying Thanks
