Excessive Nasal Congrstion
It’s a constant with me as well. I have found that a steroid nasal spray Fluticasone helps open me up and another drying spray has helped tremendously. I too suffer from airborne and food allergies but have found some positive relief from these additions.

Allergy specialist help
I saw an allergy specialist who has transformed my asthma and allergies. She basically needed my allergic rhinitis under control to bring down my IgE levels and then everything else would fall in line, my asthma, eczema and all over itching I get when exposed to a trigger. She’s doubled my Fluticasone

Help please advice for my horse's asthma
Hi all I hope nobody minds me joining this group on behalf of my horse who seems to have severe asthma. She seems to have allergic asthma with high eosinophils in her lung wash fluid, but I'm sure one of her main triggers is ozone pollution in the air. Throughout Autumn she had severe attacks lasting

Seretide causing tremor?
Had a lot of trouble over the last 12 weeks or so with shortness of breath, which a respiratory specialist now believes were not purely asthma exacerbations and were more likely virus/infection related. Anyway, whilst my SOB was bad I was upped from my regular Seretide 100 to Seretide 250. Since starting

I take 4 inhalers, Fostair 200/6, Spiriva Reptimist and Ventolin with a Fluticasone Nasal spray. My asthma nurses have advised a nebuliser for emergency use but NHS no longer fund. Does anyone else find these expensive

So i've just found this forum as i'm guessing the old one moved so i've had to rejoin. This morning i was fine until i lay on my right ear for a second then it spiked and blocked and is still blocked and ringing with my usual friend but louder and not giving up, it's been so long since this happened.

Will this be permanent?
Hey guys, here's my story. I'm a saxophone player, and have been for the last 9 years. The rehearsal went on for 4 hours, and due to
