Third time lucky and I'm back into it!
I stared the C25K full of enthusiasm back in April. But dropped off the treadmill, so to speak, after a couple of attempts. I had asked the forum about running with asthma and was really encouraged by all the positive replies I received, but still felt off. I would be gasping through w1r1 and had

Can anyone recommend any good apps for asthma?
I searched the android market and there are hundreds that all look pretty similar! Does anyone use any that they would recommend? Preferably with a peak flow chart since I keep losing the book! Thanks :)

Peak flow tracker
Hey all! I have found a great website that allows you to record your peak flow. You create an account and then you can record your peak flow readings even from the past so you can transfer your readings from a paper chart. It also works out your different zones and you can add things like life factors

Hi, I'm new to these forums, although not new to asthma, but have a question I hoping someone on here might know the answer to. Wondering if anyone has had longer term health problems following pre-eclampsia?
I had eclampsia last year and since then I have had anaemia twice, my thyroid has been hypo to the point of needing medication adjusted 3 times (despite being quite controlled before pregnancy) and I've just been diagnosed with pernicious anaemia. It was suggested the pernicious anaemia may be attibuted

hi peeps. Soon now, I will have to stop the clenil & serevent inhalers for a week before the dreaded bronchial challenge test. What I want to know now, esp as I've now seen 2 consultants who aren't taking *my* triggers on board, is this. If I find when I stop the 2 above inhalers, that my peak flow

Newbie here... Hello (:
Hello there! I just stumbled across this forum and everyone here seems so supportive, lovely and helpful that I thought I'd like to join. I'm just going to write a little introduction and my story. I'm not originally from the UK so apologies for any errors and lack of obvious knowledge of the NHS!
