Peak flow tracker

Hey all! I have found a great website that allows you to record your peak flow. You create an account and then you can record your peak flow readings even from the past so you can transfer your readings from a paper chart. It also works out your different zones and you can add things like life factors where you can add things like going to the gym. You can download the chart as a picture at any time or you can print it do you can show your asthma nurse!

Give it a try.
