Omega 3's to reduce some MPN issues?
This and taking more Magnesium Glycinate, Meriva 500SF, and
Feverfew
have helped reduce the frequency of my migraines which have increased due to Besremi.

Hello
Many years ago I used to take
Feverfew
in tablet form and they worked but sadly stopped. I'm looking to start something new but not too sure what medication is the best. Any help with this would be much appreciated. I am asthmatic so can't take steroids. Thank you!

Parthenolide as a treatment from Garden Plant
I recently read researchers at the University of Birmingham found
Feverfew
, a common garden plant also called bachelor buttons contains a compound called parthenolide that kills CLL cells. Does anyone here have additional information on the research being done on this compound?

Any ideas to help manage my migraines?
I will soon try
feverfew
but wanted to try the magnesium in isolation first. I'm not taking any other meducation. As a side note i also suffer with tinnitus and hyperacusis (sensitivity to sound) both of which are related to loud noise exposure about 4 years ago.

A possibly interesting publication revealing 10-fold increase in inflammatory molecule in microvascular angina patients.

Inhibition of NFκB Reduces Prostate Cancer Related Osteoclastogenesis In Vitro and Osteolysis Ex Vivo.
The natural agent used was not a polyphenol, but a terpenoid (a sesquiterpene lactone) from the
feverfew
plant: Parthenolide [PTN].

My experience with Topomax
So I decided to reduce the dose and things were still really bad, so I increased all my supplements (B2,
feverfew
). I got worse so I decided to stop everything except magnesium and I reduced it to 750mg from 1000 a day. Guess what? migraine are minor now.

Hormonal migraines anyone beaten these?
I take
feverfew

Anyone tried Botox for menstrual/hormonal migraine?
I also use Cefaly daily, take magnesium, b2,
feverfew
and just started vitex. I also adopted a vegetarian diet that is low in dairy. All these things have helped with the intensity of the attacks and have helped the abortive drugs I take work more effectively.

Feverfew herbal tablets
I discovered
feverfew
herbal migraine tablets recently, in my local Holland and Barrett store UK. They were labelled as 'Migraherb'. This morning, I Had the start of a cluster headache and nausea. Deep breathing was not helping, this time. So I took one of the tablets.

Migraine Summit Notes - lots of great advice
- Not in favour of
feverfew
/ butterbur. - A high BMI throws stuff at our brains that it cannot regulate. - Sugar, keep it calm, but think of balance like sleep. Added sugar is bad rather than natural sugar. the most mileage we get is from reducing sugar.

I'm new here and this is my migraine story
I'm currently taking
Feverfew
(250 mg) and Butterbur (2x75mg) daily. I'm also on my third week of consistent yoga practice (30 mins for five evenings in the week - youtube videos work just fine). Also trying to have a healthier diet.
