Ubiquinol or Ubiquinone???
I'm taking Coq10 in the lead up to my 2nd IVF egg retrieval in the hope of improving egg quality (along with diet changes). Most of my eggs were immature in the 1st round leading to poor results...I've noticed many people recommend Uniquinol and I've just noticed I've been taking Ubiquinone. I bought

Exercise and infertility
Hi everyone, The arrival of another period has sent me into another frenzy of Googling and questioning absolutely everything I'm doing. My period was a couple of days late and stupidly allowed myself to hope that it had finally happened 😞 So this mornings panic is - am I doing too much exercise,

ubiquinone vs ubiquinol
I have just realised my Coq10 I’ve been taking for three months is ubiquinone form. I just thought I was taking ubiquinol 😫 Been doing 300mg twice a day. I’m worried I’ve missed a trick now. I’ve ordered some ubiquinol now but I’m starting downreg in about three weeks. Thoughts please lovely people

DHEA max levels & info from my clinic
So I have googled a lot of the posts in this forum on DHEA and it seems to be the general consensus that DHEA is worth taking (I have been taking it) but that when it gets too high it can intefere with egg quality, which is a concern. Like everyone I have read It Starts with the Egg and of course the

Letrozole(Femara) /joint pain threads continued.....
Tried the brand name of Letrozole -
Femara
- because some people reported the brand name was better on joint pain. It was no different for me and much more costly so I went back to Letrozole. For me, the pain has slowly gotten worse the last 3 1/2 years.

Flying with liquid medication
I go on holiday in a couple of weeks and need to take all my needles and lubion as well as Tinzaparin. Although they are less than 100ml in each vial/syringe, collectively they’ll be more than 100ml. Do I just need to take my prescription or do I have to declare the meds or get in touch with the airports

Dental Care Issues
I have been on Ibrance and
Femara
for 2-1/2 years now. I am having gum problems but periodontist doesn't want to treat me because I am considered "high risk". I am also on Zometa bone infusion once every three months. It is so frustrating since I can't get gum treatment.

Jennifer Aniston and other IVF celebs

Ibrance and neuropathy? Please help.
I’ve been taking Ibrance for only 5 months, together with
Femara
(letrozole), Zoladex (Goserelin), and Zometa (Reclast). I’m getting a lot of pins and needles, tingling, in my arms. It’s worse at night and often I wake up with numb hands and arms.

Can fertility treatment actually make you infertile?
Hi friends So to conceive my little son I did 6 rounds clomid, 8 rounds
Femara
, 3 iuis And in the month that I took a break from treatment I miraculously fell pregnant naturally I’m trying to conceive again and I have done two failed IVF cycles Is it possible that treatment is making me not conceive

Faslodex/Fulvestrant update
Faslodex is my second line treatment- after Ibrance,
Femara
& zoladex. I’ve been feeling well on Faslodex - still going about my daily routine and working. After second MRI, my onc called with good news that there has been good shrinkage in liver and clavicle, and my femur had healed… yay!

Hep B vaccinated, asked to do virus tests again and again
Both my partner and myself were vaccinated against Hep B, so we are both testing positive of Hep B antibody in our fertility treatment screening tests. When I did an IVF around with the NHS, this wasn't an issue. The NHS hospital didn't ask us to take a Hep B viral test. However, when I was doing IVF

I took
Femara
for 3 years with lots of side effects. Then I suffered horrible back pain. I walked with a cane. Couldn’t sleep. Since being diagnosed with Mets to my bones, I’ve been on Fulvesant, xgeva and Ibrance. I have few side effects. I now have no pain and no fatigue.

Are there any members of this group that currently have metastatic breast cancer that has spread to the abdomen/stomach area?"
My original diagnosis (1995) was invasive lobular carcinoma (mastectomy, chemotherapy, and tamoxifen), and I had a local recurrence to the chest wall in 2005 (radiation and

Carpal tunnel syndrome with Ibrance and Letrozole(Femara)?
Hi, saw my oncologist today, she thinks my numb and tingly hands and arms are more likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome than Peripheral neuropathy. She suggested wearing a hand brace with a wrist splint at night time and to see if that helps. Looking online I can see both meds have a tendency to increase
