From a Male perspective
Hi everyone - I'm hoping I've come to the right place. My Partner and I have been trying to conceive naturally for the past 12 months with no luck so I decided to go for a fertility test a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the result came back as a low-count and a few other minor issues. Unfortunately

Bone Pain
My doctor just took me off of Ibrance, after 4 years, because my spine and neck are showing signs of getting soft. I’ve been in a lot of pain for the past year, to the point that I am unable to walk 100 yards without stopping. I am scheduled to see and Endocrinologist and for a MRI to try and determine

Late ovulation on Letrozole/Femara?
Hi all, I did a medicated cycle last months (5 days of letrozole + HCG trigger + progesterone pessaries for luteal phase). By day 14 I was experiencing usual ovulation signs and the follicle was large enough, so I was triggered day 14. This cycle i'm away so I am unmonitored. It's day 14 and i've

Letrozole / Femara - risk of ovarian cysts?
Hi all! I'm on my second cycle of letrozole for ovulation induction and this one is unmonitored. The nurse assured me there were minimal side effects, but reading the leaflet I got a bit worried as ovarian cysts were mentioned as a possible side effect! I was wondering how common this was, if anybody

Started Letrozole/Ibrance. NED after 3 months of treatment! Tried the brand name of Letrozole - Femara

IVF vs ICSI for borderline MFI
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on standard IVF vs ICSI if you have MFI but it’s not too bad? We conceived naturally 3 times…one early loss, one living daughter (4yo) and then a daughter we lost to PPROM/premature labour (2 years ago). After losing our daughter we TTC for

Hep B vaccinated, asked to do virus tests again and again
Both my partner and myself were vaccinated against Hep B, so we are both testing positive of Hep B antibody in our fertility treatment screening tests. When I did an IVF around with the NHS, this wasn't an issue. The NHS hospital didn't ask us to take a Hep B viral test. However, when I was doing IVF

Is It Implantation? Can anyone help? Really Need Opinions.
Since then we found out there's male and
female
infertility
issues. I have a VERY low AMH level and I don't always ovulate each month. And have been told I'm perimenopause. We went for icsi ivf 4 times, each time unfortunately failed.

Dental Care Issues
I have been on Ibrance and Femara for 2-1/2 years now. I am having gum problems but periodontist doesn't want to treat me because I am considered "high risk". I am also on Zometa bone infusion once every three months. It is so frustrating since I can't get gum treatment. Has anyone had this issue

Lost some cetrotide
Morning everyone. While I was taking my cetrotide this morning I accidentally loosened the connection of it and lost some of it when it was being injected. I'd say 6-7 droplets came out. I know it's an important one to take as it stops me ovulating. It's only a 0.25mg syringe so I feel like I lost a
