I know our bodies are different, but we all have something in common. Has anyone done or tried something besides ampyra that increased the speed that you walk? I've tried ampyra, dysport and I'm still moving like a turtle. My legs still feel very heavy! I'm still hoping to be walking normal again!

I would say it’s always a good idea to check with your neurologist before ever switching the duration. If it says every 12 hours, then their may be a great reason why. Also, I have learned to check data from a website and not to just assume it’s accurate. Thank you so much everyone .

Hi everyone! I have been taking Ampyra for about ten years every 12 hours, but I see now by reading an article that it may be optimal to take the medication every 8 hours. Does anyone take this medication like this and do you see benefits?
