I would say it’s always a good idea to check with your neurologist before ever switching the duration. If it says every 12 hours, then their may be a great reason why. Also, I have learned to check data from a website and not to just assume it’s accurate. Thank you so much everyone .

It's also a very good idea to apply that same philosophy to some of what appears on this forum as well - in addition to unproven dietary "treatments" for MS there have been threads trying to persuade people that their amalgam fillings and vaccines can give them heavy metal poisoning. There have also been comments made that 5G networks contribute to immune system problems. None of these "theories" have any actual proof or any valid scientific support and are largely being promoted through social media and websites by celebrities and others (including some "alternative health practitioners") who make their theories sound just credible enough for people to jump on the bandwagon and treat them as if they were legitimate. Here's some interesting articles on how some of this BS gets adopted by people who then treat it as gospel. It's one of the really bad "side-effects" from the internet and social media which has potential to really do harm to people's health.
