I hope you who are reading this are feeling as good as possible. Me, not so much. Last night i forgot my Ampyra and am having trouble getting around inside today. I believe i am having a flare up. Yes, i have an appointment with my neurologist. Yes, I exercise every day, drink water, take acupuncture 2x/week, take chinese herbs, eat anti-inflammatory and had a recent MRI which showed no change. What I really need is prayer. Yours and mine. My attitude is very irritable when I can't walk properly. I need to stay positive but that is a big struggle for me. Thanks in advance for your help. Warmly, Sandy

Prayers coming your way sandydemop! Sometimes no matter how much we do with exercise, diet, water, medicine, Acupunture....sometimes MS just kicks us anyway. It's not your fault!
It sounds as though you are doing everything to help yourself, but unfortunately I have found that ms has a mind of its own. Hang in there you’re doing great 🤗🙏
Right there with you it sucks to wake and not have your limbs working... MS a gift that keeps on giving...I am sending light and love your way and praying that you regain your base line of mobility back. ❤️🌟❤️
Hi Coffee69 Appreciating the warm thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately you can relate. Thanks again. I will never take walking for granted again. It's on my gratitude list every day.
sounds good. Grace and ease. I am dreading the day I need a wheel chair but it is necessary in some cases. Wish you well. Can you get one from the MS society?
I understand how you feel about the wheelchair situation. I finally had to break down and get an electric one, as I am no longer strong enough to push a regular one. It has been like magic during the bad part of my days! I only use when I feel completely unable to move. But my goodness, it is wonderful! So, if you ever need one, please do not be ashamed. It CAN be part of this for some, but not all. You are in my prayers. Love, Kelly
