T3 or not T3
Prior to this I was taking 175mcg of
Euthyrox
on Mondays to Wednesdays and 150mcg, the rest of the week. She said it was wrong to mix doses and put me on 150mcg of T4 each day and 10mcg of T3, both taken first thing in the morning, a half an hour before breakfast.

Can't find proper thyroid medication
Hi all, I've tried almost all thyroid medications under the sun, NDT, T4 only (tirosint, synthroid,
euthyrox
), T4 + T3, T3 only, NDT + T4. And no matter what I still have lingering symptoms despite all my levels being optimal ( TSH, free T4 and free T3).

How much water do you drink with Levothyroxine?
Now I'm taking
Euthyrox
and it says to take the medicine with a little(half a glass) of water. Is that enough?

NDT, bedtime. Heart ectopics.
I’m been trying to get rid of them for many years. 6 months ago, I started taking NDT instead of
Euthyrox
and after three days the ectopics almost disappeared. But! Now they have returned after almost 6 months of being on 60mg of NDT.

Opinion
Hi there. I’m on holiday in Portugal and managed to purchase some thyroxine from a reputable pharmacy. They were reluctant to sell it, but I managed to persuade them. The brand is Eutirox levotiroxina sodica Does anyone have any opinion on this brand ? Thank you

My Story with Hashimoto'S and Delusional PMT
Hello, first of all it was good to have found this group. 🙂 Sometimes I feel alone and crazy, because I go for a test and it's "Okay." I'm from Portugal and I take Eutirox 112mg. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2018, but the test values were not high enough to take medication. (TSH, T4 and T3

How to change from T3 only to T4?
I'm currently self medicating on 50mcg Tiromel and have been for a few years. My doctor prescribed me 75 mcg Eutirox 5 x week and 88 on the weekends. It just wasn't working for me, so after a lot of reading I assumed I was just someone with a faulty conversion gene and decided to try alternatives.

Looking for a substitute for NP Thyroid/Armor Thyroid in Europe
Hello all, I am currently in Europe running out of options to refill my NP Thyroid medication. From what I have found online, Armor Thyroid is an equivalent, and after asking my US Doctor, he said it should be ok to take. I have tried via Roseway labs but, not being a UK citizen, the doctor isn't sure

Hashimoto and Weight Loss?
Hello everyone! Who among you in hypothyroidism is being treated with the drug (tyrosine or eutirox... I live in Europe). Have you managed to lose weight while taking the drug? And not to gain weight again? Thank you ✨ ps: English is not my first language. 🙂

Thyroidectomy
Started on calcium and
Euthyrox
(100ug) (Levothyroxine). Feel OK, a bit buzzy and lightheaded but I guess that could also be a reaction to the 3 hour recent surgery. Any advice at the beginning of this journey?

New member, looking for alternatives to Thyroid-S
Many patients had to go off
Euthyrox
after it was reformulated a few years ago. It seems mannitol is a problem in thyroid drugs. My NDT supplier now sells VitaliThy from Vietnam. It seems good, but I am not too crazy about the fact that the capsules are dyed (metallic blue).

Starting T3
Today I saw an nhs endo who agreed to prescribe a 3 month trial of T3 (liothyroxine) From previous post and advice on here I believe I am a poor converter. He wasn’t entirely sympathetic and disagreed with most things I said. His views included ‘no point in testing T4 or T3 as it’s too variable, only

TSH level increase after total thyroidectomy(8 years ago)
However, I had taken my medication (
euthyrox
150mg) on the morning of this blood test. Therefore, the test was repeated and in the new test, the level was seen as 22. My T3 and T4 levels are within normal ranges (4 and 16).

Should I increase my T4 medication? (On T3 and T4 medication)
I am currently on 25mg T3 (Thybon Henning) and 37.5mg T4 (
Euthyrox
). While my symptons are improved, my energy level is stll 7/10 and my weight loss effort is stuck. I have recently done my blood test where my free t4 is still low.
