hello, I’m trying to cut down on the amount of Zopiclone I used and have come across the Zeez pebble.. Has anyone on here used one and if so, would you recommend it?

The problem with Buprenorphine, BTBD9 and serotonin syndrome
This is for those of you who are really struggling with the remedies for RLS. Apologies for not referencing all my research but I’ve been completely wiped out for weeks now. However I wanted to share some insights I’ve had recently and hope it inspires thoughts and research. Adenosine is a chemical

BUPRENORPHINE SUBLINGUAL BREAKDOWN AFTER 9 MONTHS TOTAL TREATMENT SUCCESS.
A week ago I titrated from the very successful 0.6 mg Buprenorphine sublingual I’d been on for 9 months during which time my PLMS disappeared completely. But they returned 7 days or so back so with my doctors’ reluctant support the dosage was increased to 2 x 0.4 tablets = 0.8. Five nights at the

what to do? Take .25mg Pramipexole and 7.5mg zopiclone for 2 or 3 nights? Or not?
Cannabis isnt effective atm so I need a 5 day break. Being sleep deprived from RL and insomnia just now is awful. I can't see my doctor to discuss methadone till after New Year. What to do? Doctor prescribed .25mg Pramipexole to try, but I'm too worried about augmentation to take these. BUT....I'm exhausted

Sleeping pills? Are Temezepam and Zopiclone okay to take to get to sleep ?
I am a 65yr old male. For many years I’ve suffered with poor sleep, basically tossing and turning from side to side in an attempt to sleep and scratching my head and other places in my legs. Basically I just have the urge to move after a few minutes. This happens regardless of whether I’ve worked hard

Insomnia - Could nightime liothyronine exacerbate it?
Hi, I've just read: https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/148510755/liothyronine-brands-and-insomnia. As ever the answer seems to be "it depends"! Some better on or off lio, some better at bedtime or on waking, etc. My sleep pattern is (roughly) one half-decent sleep followed by an utterly awful

Tablets - zopiclone/amitriptyline
I’ve been prescribed zopiclone (only a short dose for 5 days) to help me sleep with tinnitus. I’ve read some reviews though saying this can make tinnitus worse. Anyone have any experience with this tablet? I wondered if I should check about amitriptyline instead , as I have taken this before (prior

Stopping Mirtazapine
Hi, I've been on Mirtazapine 15mg for 19 days. GP prescribed for insomnia and anxiety after 2 weeks of zopiclone didn't help. On the 1st two nights I had really bad restless legs so GP prescribed Pramipexole 0.088mg as well. My anxiety is slightly better and most nights I sleep better, but some nights

Ringing in ears
Im a 53 year old male .A few days ago I started getting ringing in the ears . This has gotten progressively worst and I went to the GP yesterday to get my ears checked out. He saw there was some ear wax blocking the ear and did a tuning fork test which seemed to suggest some blockage . I have been wearing

Insomnia
In recent years I have had insomnia every few months. It lasts for a couple of months at a time and then vanishes until the next time. No apparent reason.I find it very difficult to cope during these periods and resorts to twice weekly Zopiclone medication from Gp.He won't prescribe for every night

Medications
My GP put me on Mirtazapine to help me sleep and also to help with insomnia and anxiety. My legs were affected very badly by my RLS. It felt as if something was crawling through my muscles and I had to constantly move. I begged her to take me off them. She did not realise that it would affect my RL

Help with Folate
I am now having B12 injections. I ordered Folate that SlowDragon said. It says do not take with anti epileptic tablets, which I take for neuropathy. I also need a B complex and Ferritin. I also take Zopiclone (sleeping tablet), Diazepam (Valium) and I think these supplements interact with these drugs

update on hubby
Hubby was feeling very bad earlier in the year from what turned out to be overdosing of levodopa when they changed him to the ER madopar. This caused severe rigidity even in his throat, agitation and sundowning in the evening, and eventually he kept trying to escape in the night to try and kill himself

Here I am again! I’m feeling pretty desperate this morning, so tired after yet another bad night. My symptoms are worsening in that they are now apparent in the evening as well as night. I’m now twitching and jumping in the night as well as restless legs. The symptoms don’t settle early morning as

Tinnitus being made worse by chemotherapy
I’m sure this is a story you’ve all heard a million times but I’m deep in the thralls of it and needed to reach out somewhere, but I’m too scared to go down the rabbit hole that is Tinnitus Talk, just lurking on that forum has had a disastrous effect on my mental health and yet I can’t stop doing it,
