hello,

I’m trying to cut down on the amount of Zopiclone I used and have come across the Zeez pebble.. Has anyone on here used one and if so, would you recommend it?

For me, it has not worked. But then, nothing works. I keep it under my pillow at night just in case. They have excellent customer service and website and would talk you through it.

Stop zopiclone slowly and get rid of it. It is effective but not good over a long period. Our doctors at our clinic have stopped prescribing this med. Instead they prescribe 10mg(starter dose) of Amitriptyline. No side effects, not addictive and does the trick. It is not a sleeping med but antidepressant. After few days of taking I slept well and felt calm and relaxed next day.

It worked for me.

Hi, I am Anna, one of the founders of Zeez. It is sold on sale / return, and rented. I am happy to answer questions.

I've not tried the Pebble but I've tried most things and I've tried the Sensate which is pretty similar I think. I found the Sensate made me really ill actually. I spoke to the founder quite a bit about it but they dismissed it but I was really ill and I stopped it for a while and started it again and I got ill again but they blamed it on my health but when I wasn't using it I was much better. It was expensive too. It's the same price as the Pebble. Someone here said that they didn't really find it helpful either. I'm not supportive of amitriptyline either as it really gave me some personality changes over time. I'm on the very low dose of zopiclone now but I have noticed that diet plays a huge part. A good balanced healthy diet and lots of fibre including brown bread makes a big difference but also making sure iron levels are good and recently I've noticed that a tiny bit of salt on my food everyday helps my mental health. Not politically correct though I know! I also find the sleepcasts from Headspace very good. I love the midnight launderette! I know it sounds weird as well but I also found something once late on YouTube which was a guy that was slapping his legs gently for about 10 minutes and went to sleep and I thought gosh I'll give anything a try and actually worked.
