low progesterone after transfer
I had a similar problEm with my estrogen levels they were low a week before the transfer even from taking 8mg
estradiol
a day so I also have to apply 100mcg patch per day too. Hoping for anyone’s similar experiences etc need to stay positive. Thanks

High-Dose Transdermal Estradiol as ADT
Does anyone have any experience with this? According to my understanding: It's not FDA approved, but used here in the U.S., and all over the rest of the world. It's at least as effective in lowering T to castrate levels. It carries a far more tolerable profile of SEs than LHRH drugs, presumably

Estrodiol and PC
We have been discussing using
Estradiol
to help with side effects, however the MO says cancer will eventually feed of the estrogen?.

My own PSA values over time: 70% drop in just 3 months on Dutasteride and no ADT
Estradiol
levels also increase, as well, because T levels are increased.

How long does it take for estrogen patch to take away hot flashes?
I've been on the estrogen patch (generic
Estradiol
0.075mg patch for over 2 and 1/2 weeks now. I was given this because I'm having severe hot flashes due to having no estrogen because I am anorexic and therefore my pituitary won't produce estrogen in this state.

Androstenedione & Frailty
When I became interested in using testosterone [T] to manage PCa 19 years ago, the obvious source was andro, a T precursor, plus chrysin, an aromatase inhibitor that prevents T conversion to
estradiol
[E2]. In the U.S., one could buy andro in any health store.

Update on my Estradiol experiment
Also in April, I restarted my experiment with
Estradiol
patches as a treatment for osteoporosis and ADT SEs. I started on one 0.25 patch twice per week. Today was 6 weeks and I had
Estradiol
and Testosterone blood tests.

Cortisol/DHEA results
Note: Supplementation with DHEA may increase testosterone and/or
estradiol
levels I wasn't sure what HPA axis dysfunction meant (Googled but none the wiser) Should I speak to my GP regarding this, or take supplements/medication? Advice much appreciated

PSA suppression
It's a synthetic estrogen that maintains bone health even while
estradiol
falls to zero. And it has anti-PCa properties. The reason why DES was phased out is that oral estrogens increase the risk of life-threatening blood clots. I take a very high dose of nattokinase to keep D-dimer low.

Next FET after failed transfer
I stopped taking progesterone and
estradiol
on Monday, haven't start bleeding but I can feel it "near". When did you have the next transfer? I'm having a follow-up appointment in 2,5 weeks.

Hormone concerns prior to ICSI
So far I have found that on a day 21 test I have normal levels of
estradiol
but low progesterone and testosterone. So I have low pH/E2 meaning my body is acting like I am in estrogen dominance.
