Hi Everyone, I am Ro from the USA! I have hypothyroid Take spirulina I take 6 500mg tabs. It is a superfood containing iron, magnesium, b12, Spirulina is the richest beta carotene food, with a full spectrum of ten mixed carotenoids. It contains vitamins k, D, protien, good for everything truly amazing stuff. Look it up and read about it you will be amazed. I have gotten off several medicines with it!

Hi, I am also from the US and am wondering how the spirulina affects, or doesn't, your thyroid condition? I have heard conflicting things regarding taking this supplement when one has hypothyroidism. Mine is not related to hashi's but Grave's as I was hyper 5 years ago and underwent Rai. TIA!
