Guiafenesin Protocol
Hi I'm new to this so not sure what i'm doing. Diagnosed a couple of years ago. Main symptoms are fatique, aching muscles and brain fog. Tried Pregabalin and anti-depressants but nothing worked so currently drug free. I have been reading about how amazing Guaifenesin can be as Fibro treatment and wondered

Pseudoephedrine
This is NOT a suggestion nor a recommendation, but during 2 recent severe asthma attacks (when my salbutamol and Clenil Inhalers were of hardly any benefit) I remembered that - when I was a young kid (before modern asthma medications were around) my GP prescribed ephedrine. Special school.
In 50s/early 60s, tratement for asthma was very basic, no inhalers, mainly barbiturate based, ephedrine, Franol and Amesec (both conning ephedrine ) When 9, it was decided to send me to a special boarding school, known as an Open Air School. These were located in very clean air parts of the country.

POST NASAL DRIP - what is it ?
Every day, glands in the lining of your nose, throat, airways, stomach, and intestinal tract produce about 1 to 2 quarts of mucus -- a thick, wet substance that moistens these areas and helps trap and destroy foreign invaders like bacteria and viruses before they can get into your body and cause infection

One final go?
Hello. I am a 22 year old female in desperate need of guidance. I was taken to the doctors at 11 years of age as my parents suspected I had an underactive thyroid. I had always been overweight despite not over eating and being a normal active child, was always tired and sluggish, had a yellowish tint

Guaifenesin?
Hi Everyone, Has anyone used Guaifenesin to treat the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and how have you got on with it, has it helped? My Naturopath suggested it as it's supposed to help rid excess phosphate from the body.

I have only rarely needed Amitriptyline and in fact can't even remember when I last used it. I had a recent drawback when my dentist recommended a toothpaste which he said had no mint in but

Medications and food to avoid, applies to most of us who has RLS. This is taken from the www.rlshelp.org website..
Drugs and Foods to avoid to improve RLS This section will discuss various drugs and foods that may worsen RLS. Things that cause worsening of RLS in some patients may not bother others in the same way; in fact, others may even be helped by these same medications or foods that worsen others. Please

How to stop coughing
Hello all, I urgently need to stop coughing! I'm about to start a new job, and I don't want to look sick. A week ago I finished a week of Ammoxicillin (+pred) for a nasty chest infection. I'm still coughing a lot, but I don't think enough to warrant breaking into my emergency co-amoxiclav (Augmentin
