Is anyone using enoxaparin inj. Only for APS?
Dr is willing to put me on
enoxaparin
every 12 hrsand take me off of warfarin, I will still maintain my low dose aspirin , as well as, plaquinil, any thoughts/concerns I should be aware of? Anything I should avoid while on the

Occupational Therapist (Mental Health), Retired
Since then, I'm attempting to find the right dosage of Warfarin, plus I self-inject 120mg of Lexaprol (generic -
Enoxaparin
Sodium Injection) 2 times a day. Tonight I'm experiencing minor nose bleeding & I feel it's from too much thinning medication.

Anti-coagulants and induction
I have just learned (at 33 weeks pregnant) that this means I may well have to be induced on or near my EDD because I have to come off the
Enoxaparin
before labour but not too long before. So induction is seen as a way to control this scenario.

Phenindione shortage
I can not tolerate warfarin as it gives me sickness and diarrhoea, I did spend a year taking
enoxaparin
injections. I am not sure whether I want to take a new drug that no one really knows much about.

finally i think i have the enoxaprin
been told i had it, only to then be denied. the reason i neeed this is for the bridging- off the warfarin and plaquenel for 8 weeks. and while i am off the warf. and plaq. they want to retest my S and C protiens as now are ex tremely low. and the only way to accurately test them is to only be on the

Follow ups for granulosa cell tumour
This tumour had also caused multiple pulmonary emboli which required 6 months anti coagulation on
enoxaparin
and then warfarin conversion. I did not need any chemo as the cancer was a stage 1a. My first follow up was in August 11 and I was to be kept on 3 months follow up.
