Breathless and difficult digestion. Other autoimmune?
Hi everyone. I wonder what advice you might have for a guy wrestling with Hashimoto's. My main symptoms are fatigue, exertion to breath, bloating, sometimes it can be tiring to stand but I don't know if this is more to do with being bloated and breathless. finally, although it seldom quells my appetite

25 year old male. Anxiety sufferer but something isn't right.
Endoscopy
showed mild non erosive gastritis. Ultrasound of stomach was normal. Blood tests normal apart from sign of infection. (Nothing given for this). My apologies for going on but I don't believe it's my anxiety. I understand some aspects will be. But 2 months of constant head fogginess.

Hello 😘
Hope you're well as can be x I had an
endoscopy
today and glad to say it looked clear 😊 They have taken biopsies They are suspicious that I have H. Pylori and I am just wondering has anyone had this and did it clear with treatment? Also can this cause ulcers? Thanks 😊 x

Can I still be celiac with two negative test results?
I have had a colonoscopy and
endoscopy
and the results were said to be normal, although in that instance, they weren't specifically looking for celiac's. I have a sister and grandma who both have celiacs.

Some more advice please?
When they did an
endoscopy
, they couldn't tell which of the 3 varices had been bleeding, so they didn't band any of them. The specialist said then I have a 65-80% likelihood of surviving the next 5yrs. I am lucky because generally I feel pretty much okay.

Hi all I had an
endoscopy
done on Sunday which revealed a large ulcer on the upper part of my stomach. Although cancer was not actually mentioned in so many words the doc made no secret of his real concern. Further tests are to be done asap, ie xray this Saturday.

Confused about diagnosis
My calprotectin levels are over 400, which the GI doctor said indicates Crohn's or some other form of IBD, but the doctor that did the
endoscopy
and the colonoscopy found an almost healed peptic ulcer and said there are no signs of Crohns in my lower digestive tract and that I DO NOT HAVE CROHN'S.

18 month cough
My doctor recently recommended an
endoscopy
. This showed significant soreness and hiatus hernia due to the coughing. The specialist recommended anti reflux meds, raise bed head a brick height, lose weight and live with the hernia unless it gets really painful.

Irregular heat rate but not high
Been awful today, I think it could be because I have an
endoscopy
yesterday under sedation? But anyway when or at what stage do you take flecanide I have resisted using it ( been prescribed 100mg) they said to use it when in fast heart rhythm etc.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone i coping as well as they can. I don’t post very often but catch up every day. I have RD, PMR, Asthma and Diabetes’s T2 to name a few. I have had no RD meds for a year now because of infections and stomach problems and they cannot seem to find one that will not

Can children be officially diagnosed just on blood results ?
She has been referred to a gastroenterologist but having been through the whole process myself feel uncomfortable about her having such an invasive procedure (
endoscopy
) She is very positive about feeling better and eating gluten free (she’s used to it as I have been GF for some time) Any feedback

4 months post oesophagus surgery and still very nauseous
He is having his 2nd
endoscopy
/stretch in 2weeks. He is trying so very hard to get as many calories as possible down in a day, around 2000. He has lost 1.5 stone since his op but seems to have stabilised over the past few weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Reply Like (0) More

Cancer cells returned in juncture of joining, after total gastrectomy.
Had difficulty swallowing, yet again, so
endoscopy
requested. They took biopsies and sadly turns out cancerous cells have been found. CT scan thankfully did not find anything so PET scan was done today. Now got to wait 4-5 days for those results.

I don't know what else to do... I'm getting no help from the doctors.
I've suspected that I've had IBS for a very long time now. a couple of years ago I went through private healthcare and had blood tests and an
endoscopy
done, and they couldnt find the cause for my stomach pains so they said it is most probably IBS. they suggested that I see a dietitian but I didn't go

NSIP diagnosis
He’s had bronchcoscopy,
endoscopy
, bloods and now waiting lung function tests.
Endoscopy
was clear apart from gastritis. Bloods all clear. After 6 weeks bronchcoscopy results are still not back. He had 6 sweeps and samples taken. In mean time he is very house bound.

Stomach Exit Stretch
Went for an
Endoscopy
at the JR in Oxford yesterday as I'm getting a lot of hic-burping since my oesophagectomy last May. It turns out that my anatomically altered stomach isn't emptying as quickly as it should. Which apparently quite common (about 1 in 5) after an oesophagectomy.
