Elahere

Does anyone know much about Elahere? Is it on trial yet in the UK? It seems so many in the USA are having good results.

This week I will start a brand new drug called Elahere that was just given full approval in the U.S. on March 22. I am excited but also scared since one of the serious potential side effects is impaired vision! No more contact lenses and LOTS of eye drops!

I am currently on Elahere. I am concerned about my CA125 rising. It is at 197 after six treatments. I started with 92, went back down to 50 after first treatment but a steady rise since. I was told that it is normal for it to fluctuate but…….. very concerned. Anyone else experiencing the same?

The last chance I have is this new drug Elahere. Has anyone been on this drug and what did it do for you?

I see my onc on Friday plan I am negative for FRA so Elahere isn't an option My Husband is going thru treatment for esophageal cancer at the same time, no children or family both mid-life babies.

She also suggested Elahere. Anyone have that treatment with bad side affects? Hair loss? Thank you everyone, really need some advice at this time.

I need to drain ascites every two weeks 3 to 5 liters My team are going to try Elahere and Avastin but Elahere needs folate of 75% I only have 60 I am trying to get into a trial in Tucson Az as there is nothing lease my team can do The trial team hasn’t contacted me at all and I have sent them two

Ovacome team please can you advise where the U K are are re the elahere trials for platinum resistant patients. It appears to be approved in the U S this year but UK have not heard anything ? Thank you.

just started immunotherapy with Elahere. Does anyone know whether increases in CA 125 occur in early treatment. Mine increased by 30% following first treatment.

I've been furiously looking through trial therapies like HIPEC, drugs like PARP inhibitors, elahere, etc etc, and watching many videos that break down the science of these things, but not necessarily what their practical implications are.

Does anyone know what the situation is with clinical trials re the new drug elahere in they U.K? I know in the U.S it has been approved by the FDA but not sure what's happening with drug re U K?

Just wanted to post that a new drug in the battle against ovarian cancer has been approved by the FDA under the name Elahere . My terrific oncologist discussed it with me l during my last appointment.
