my psychiatrist knows I want to taper off of Ativan and really clean out my nervous system. anyone experience this?I tried going from 1 mg to .5 mg every other day but that was too fast. currently not taking anything else for anxiety.

We went with the gastro referral as she didn't want to do anything more drastic until we were definitely sure it's not my bowel as I have a history of IBS and eating disorders. Everything else has been ruled out: hormone issues, fibroids, cysts, structural abnormalities.
