Newly diagnosed
Hi everyone. I was recently diagnosed with non metastatic, but aggressive pc. My psa in March of this year was 8.2 and then 10.1 four months later, so rising quickly. Biopsy was done at end of August, which showed significant tumor development on the right side and a Gleason score of 4,5 or 5,4 in half

Gleason 6, 1 Yr AS, now Gleason 3+4
Hi, I'm 65, fit, active. , 2 yrs ago noticed PSA doubled to 2.4, last yr 3.5 so had MRI and urine exosome test, "liquid biopsy". Range is 1-100, less than 15 and you are ok, o/w suggest a biopsy. Mine was 48. Oh, the 3 markers in this test are for more aggressive disease. BTW MRI only showed diffuse

clioquinol + zinc
PSA 44 started clioquinol +zinc Aug 11. Aug 30 PSA 48 with severe UTI. U of Maryland says Clio + zinc kills cancer cells. They give two cases of prostate cancer terminated. I'm trying it.

PSA up to 150 on Olaprib, any insight on what’s next?
Hi all, my dads history is mostly in my profile but in short he started on Zytiga a year ago. Zytiga worked well but had major side effects and lead to a switch to Erleada. Erleada failed at the time shown in the picture with the orange circle and he switched to Olaprib by the time he got the PSA results

Options when Docetaxel stops working
Hi everyone- My brother was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer in April of 2021. His PSA was 52 at the time of his diagnosis. He went on Lupron and Abiraterone which took his PSA to .03 and kept it low until Oct 2022. It went to 8.9 and his doctor put him on Docetaxel chemo. His PSA has continued

Radiation Interruption
Hi....all the best to your Dad. I have no idea if stopping radiation for a time would m after. I did 5 on 2 days off for 28 treatments. You did not mention any PSA or Gleason number. Not sure that would matter...but someone here might venture another opinion based on those numbers and If he is metastatic

Active Surveillance
Hello everyone, I have had 2 biopsies in the last 2 years (the last one was in January 2023) with the latest one showing 1 out of 12 cores positive for Gleason 3+3 and another core suspicious for cancer. It was also noted on my last MRI that I had a bladder outlet obstruction. My PSA went as high as

SIB/Flame Protocol
The RO recommends Simultaneous Integrated Boost (SIB) as part of my treatment. PSA was 19.76 (4/2023), then 21.78 (5/2023 to confirm initial PSA). He is concerned that the PSA does not match the Gleason score (4+3, grade 3) as PSA has surpassed 20. Multiplanar MRI and PSMA PET indicated no metastasis

Your thoughts on next course of action
First, I'd like to thank the many good folks that contribute this forum. Your inputs have been a life send to me over the past several years, especially Tall Allen who recommended UW Medicine where my MO and RO are located. They have been fantastic to work with. The short story - Diagnosed in 2018.

PLUVICTO
I finished 6 treatments of Pluvicto in May 2023 with negligible PSA readings. In August of 23 my PSA jumped to 2.3, my September 14 PSA is 16.8. It seems like Pluvicto is losing it's grip. I have an appointment with my oncologist on September 25. I am sure he will order a PSMA scan. I am curious as to
