Joint pain
Flecanide, Verapamil, Digoxin, and Pradaxa are the medications that I am taking. I have maintained NSR for 18 months after conversion. Has anyone experienced muscular-skeletal pains in hip and knee joints on any of these drugs?

100/120 beats at rest
Hi all, I have just found out that my heart rate is 100/120 at rest. So now I know why I'm out of breathe. I can't do any exercise, I'm just stuck in a rut a the moment, they are trying to control it with Digoxin 250mg daily. Anyone got any insight into this. I don't know much about this or what to do

Atrial Fibrillation still persists but heart failure is improving. I think I have been going in and out of AF for years and not known. I have never had

Waiting for a follow up appt
I was admitted via GPappt/ambulance to Derriford Hosp November 2017 having been in AF for a couple of days. Self regulated back to NSR after a further 2 days (Thursday), but had I not, ablation was scheduled for the following day Friday, whilst I was still an inpatient. Previous drugs Digoxin, bisoprolol

Blood pressure treatment
I wondered whether anyone on here has successfully tried lowering their blood pressure without medication? If so, how did you do it and how did you argue your case with your doctor? Five years after heart valve surgery for a congenital condition and with AF, I am very well, not overweight and have

Breathlessness
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has had the same problems as my. I had a cardiac arrest back in June 2016, I mean, I actually died with it for so many minutes, causing more issues (blood not getting to major organs). Anyway the staff did tremendous work on me & I survived with the aid of a Pacemaker

Progress or not!
It's been a wee while since my last post a quite a lot has happened; in late December I received a call from the hospital at very short notice offering me the chance to have a pacemaker implanted. This having been considered absolutely necessary as the previously implanted Reveal Device had confirmed

Saw my doc on Wednesday and she sent me straight to derriford hospital with my pulse at 148 and in af. Feeling breathless and giddy. As I can’t take a beta blocker they gave me 8 digoxin and sent me Home on Friday evening. Still feeling breathless and still in af but rate down to 83. Feeling rubbish

I am currently taking warfarin for mechanical heart valve replacement and have developed AF persistent since having a mallory weiss tear in dec. I had my meds changed last week for the af to bisoprolol and digoxin. Just had warfarin check and its jumped up quite high could this be as a result of changing
