Not the most pleasant of questions
I have cirrhosis and along with a multitude of other medication I take lactulose daily. Now as you may be aware one of the nice side effects of lactulose is flatulence, and I mean pretty much none stop. This is both embarrassing to me and irritating to my family, is there anything I can do? is it ok

Vitex and Myo inositol
Hi I have SLE over the past 9 years. I have PCOD and hormonal imbalance. I am trying to conceive for the past 3 years. But all the treatments failed. I tried IUI also. Now I am planning to take vitex and Myo Inositol supplements to cure hormonal imbalance. Is it good or bad to try them with lupus?

My husband has had
DBS
so this is complicating things a bit because he needs to get his settings and meds complimenting one another. I realise only people on the forum from the UK might have advice about this but any is valued.

Does Anyone Have Expanded Bile Ducts?
According to my last several imaging tests I have an expanded bile duct. Is this normal for the disease? I am scheduled for an endoscopic ultrasound in a few weeks to take a better look at it. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any thing they can do for it? Or are we just spending

Muscle retention in PD
I have been riding a relatively good streak since
DBS
6 years ago. Recently my right side muscles, bicep and my leg have become severely compromised. My bicep looks like I survived WW2 prison camp! (NO DISRESPECT INTENDED). I am active with yoga and yard work etc.

DBS Story
I had my
DBS
on March 20 2019.at one ofthe famous hospital in India. Still tuning going on. I have stiff neck. Taking 75 percent medicine. Surgeon claims your STN was too much narrow and thin. So it will take some time. God only knows when I will recover.

How I reduced my Parkinson’s meds by 50% and beat my addiction to dopamine
I’m lucky that I am able to carry on un-medicated better than most (and I have no doubt the
DBS
running in my right brain and keeping my left arm in check contributes to my ability to do this.).
