Can of worms
I have always been grateful for all the help I have received from HealthUnlocked since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's some eight years ago. For the last few years, I have done very well on 100 mcgs of Levothyroxine and 8 mcgs T3 per day. I find a Keto, completely gluten free and almost entirely organic

Krebs Cycle
Has anyone’s heard of the Krebs Cycle, also known as the Citric Acid Cycle? It’s a series of biochemical reactions that happen in the mitochondria and is critical for the formation of energy. Krebs has a book called “The Principles and Applications of Ozone Therapy”. The cycle converts NADH to NAD

Iron Level UP!
Earlier this year my Ferritin level reached nearly 200 and I began to sleep through the night. After a month the effect reduced and I wondered if this was due to using Gentle Iron so I changed back to 2 x 200mg Ferrous Sulphate tablets with Vitamin C every other night. More recently I have little RLS

GP says results are fine
Fatigue, brainfog, muscle aches, joint pain, and other various symptoms. Below are my blood test results. The GP stated there is nothing of concern. He seemed more focused on mental health issues. Is there anything obvious below? Someone said to post here. Rheumatoid factor 8 Range: Below 12.5

I’m currently on 125mcg of levothyroxine. Overall I’m feeling much better with most bothersome results now being constipation and intense itching which comes and goes. My doctors seem very reluctant to increase my levo and I’ve had to push for each increase so far. These are my recent results.

Hi, I have just had the results of my blood test and they are all within the normal range which is obviously great news but not so great as to knowing why I’m feeling so tired, aching, gut issues and cramping, brain fog. Could any of you lovely people just take a look and see why I maybe feeling like

Iron supplementation
Hi I have Hashimoto's - as yet untreated due to fluctuating TSH levels. My symptoms are numerous, and due to low levels of B12 and vitamin D, I am supplementing those. I am gluten Soy and Dairy free. My ferritin has been historically low and the GPs have frequently me prescribed Ferrous Fumarate.

B Complex comparison
Edit April 2024 - removed the HCl versions of B6 to a list at the bottom and added the request for the weaker Well Actually liquid brand. [Old post] Morning all, I am due to order B Complex again and was searching for alternatives to Thorne which suits me, but you know, always looking for alternatives

From a Gleason 9 to a clean CT scan in 18 mos.
18 mos ago, my husband was told by his dr. that he "most likely had two or three good years left." (WHY do they say stupid things like that?) I think that a lot of people believe whatever the dr. says and subconsciously program themselves accordingly. I, on the other hand, thought to myself, "We'll

Lupus re-diagnosis UCTD
Hello All, so when I last posted I had been to the rheumatologist Prof X and told my bloods were not suggestive of lupus but he did not suggest want condition could be the underlying cause of my symptoms. This morning he chose not to see me, instead I saw a very nice female doctor in clinical research
