Skin Rash from Steriod Inhaler...advice please.
Hello Everyone, My 4yr old daughter has been using a Qvar 50 Beclometasone steroid inhaler at night for a few months now, just 1 or 2 puffs before bedtime. It seems to be helping her but over the last few weeks she has developed a skin rash on her chin which seems worse some days rather than other

IBS and hypermobility syndrome
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else on the network has IBS and also hypermobility syndrome. These two conditions are linked and it is reckoned that what causes the joints to be extra mobile is what causes the gut to act abnormally.

Does anyone else have blurred vision after taking hydroxycloroquine? I started taking it again last week. I have RA & EDS type 3.
Would be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced blurred vision after taking hydroxychloroquine sulphate (Plaquenil). I have RA and Ehlers Danlos Type 3 (hypermobility). I first took this back at the end of 2010 but stopped as I was having kidney problems. Since then I have tried Naproxen but

Joint Hypermobility Syndrome
I've just been diagnosed with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. I always knew I was abnormally bendy, didn't really connect it with sore joints and frequent soft tissue injuries though ! And while reading up on my latest diagnosis I came across this snippet :- ""The increased frequency of asthma likely

Miss You
The last week has been agony; yesterday there was a kind of relief, but a very painful relief. Things have been difficult since the beginning of November when I took Sasha to the local vet and he uttered those fateful words “it’s a cancerous tumour”. At this point I still felt hopeful, not so long ago

Nummular eczema (nummular dermatitis) - round or oval patches of eczema
Savlon cream is extremely good for alleviating itching, reducing swelling and irradicating this type of eczema. I'm not sure whether any relief can be obtained using Savlon cream on any other types of eczema but I would think it is worth a try!

Cuts & scrapes - what antiseptic can stand up to all these drugs?
Have just got into bed and rather than my usual lovely hand cream, have instead applied lashings of Savlon. Every little cut or scratch, no matter how small, erupts into a massive cut that becomes incredibly painful and takes weeks to heal-don't you just love immunosuppressants. Does anyone else
