Severe fatigue and brain fog destroying my life!
All of the symptoms seem to match sleep deprivation but I have been using a
CPAP
machine for very mild mixed sleep apnea (AHI of about 6.5) for a few months with no change in energy. Although the
CPAP
has gotten rid of my bad night sweats that I previously experienced nearly every night.

8 week update
Unfortunately after 4 weeks I was also diagnosed with long standing moderate sleep apnoea and was issued with a
CPAP
Machine immediately so as not to damage my heart further after the ablation.

Update
He thinks all my problems I’m left with with be resolved with the
CPAP
& I’ll be a whole new person if I stick with treatment. I start my
CPAP
next week so I will update after a few weeks.

CPAProblems
I have started using a
CPAP
machine since last Thursday night ! I have a problem! I can't use the machine for any longer than an hour or 2! As in my sleep, l start to wake, panic, RIP the mask off! Is this normal or not? Is it purely psychological?

Light weight oxygen cylinders
I use 1/2 a litre of oxygen per hour with a
cpap
at night and this week been told to use 1/2 litre of oxygen during the day when I need to. My condition means (weirdly) my heart & lung can’t cope with oxygen, so 1/2 a litre is what the doctors feel is safe for me.

Traumatic Brain Injury
Yesterday was the 2nd day they tried him on the
cpap
mode and he was prettt much breathing on his own for 10 hours. I got so happy cuz that's a big step to me. Im just wondering when or if he will wake up or when people who have been in situations like this have woken up?

Update- My Imbruvica plus Venetoclax Captivate trial.
My
Cpap
really helps my sleep as well. I continue to eat Vegan with a lot of good vegetables , fruit and nuts. I drink a lot of high quality green tea and drink juiced tumeric and wheat grass . I want to eat foods to hopefully fight cancer cells- not encourage them...

Life is a living hell, crippling fatigue and brain fog
So currently what I am doing/taking is: Continuing
CPAP
Started taking methylated B12 and folate about 6 days ago to see if maybe the problem is with B12 absorption.
