Folic acid: 400 or 800ug?
Hi all, I am just back from a much-needed break from everything fertility related following my first disastrous attempt at IVF which ended in an early miscarriage. Trying to get ready for a second attempt in May/June, and wondering what I can do to improve the results (first round was 20 follicles, down

Update on Naturopath tests
All the basic bloodwork was fine, with normal level of
CoQ10
, normal thyroid. But my estrogen was way, way low and he has seen this kind of imbalance trigger AF. He recommended that I try Maca, an adaptogen. It's not a direct hormone replacement, but balances the hormones and provides energy.

CoQ10 and RA
What I like about
CoQ10
is that it is a natural substance that is just produced less by the body as we age. So likely to have only benefits.

CoQ10 Benefits?
Has anyone heard of beneficial effects of
CoQ10
on CLL? I had to start taking Crestor (5mg 4 times a week) and am taking 400 mg mg of
CoQ10
daily at the advice of phy. After 4 months my hmg. went from 12.0 to 12.8 and my cholesterol dropped from 260 to 202.

Heart Calm/CoQ10 experiment update
CoQ10
provides energy and Taurine is calming. The suggested daily dose of
CoQ10
in Heart Calm is small - 30 mg, whereas Dr. Stephen Sinatra (Metabolic Cardiology) suggests around 100-300. At first, 3 capsules (the recommended dose) was clearly too much and kept me wide awake at night.

CoQ10 for infertility, conceiving, miscarriage and endometriosis??
Hello, I am just wondering if anyone has used
CoQ10
to aid in conceiving? Or if you've used it for endometriosis? I read online that
CoQ10
helps reduce miscarriage chances, reduce endometriosis symptoms and raises your chance of getting pregnant. Can anyone confirm this?

Change of clinic, change of attitude
He’s been told to take zinc and selenium, and I’ve been told to take
COQ10
and omega 3, as well as our usual preconception vitamins. 2) according to the ultrasound doctor and my gynae doctor my tubes aren’t blocked!

Update and Resource: Heart Calm supplement
I've gotten to the point at which I can sense when I'm low on
CoQ10
, so I'll take 1/2 or 1/4 of a capsule and I feel better. Feels like a "hunger pang" in the heart, so to speak. Heart Calm has low doses of magnesium, potassium,
CoQ10
, and taurine.

Hello, I’ve read that
CoQ10
can help boost egg quality, particularly in ladies over 40. Does anyone know more about this & the recommended dose? My chemist stocks
CoQ10
50mg but I’ve read recommended dose is anything up to 600mg? Any other health tips on supplements appreciated.

Effects of coenzyme Q10 administration on pulmonary function
In the patients with COPD,
