Near diagnosis, lack of support and a whole lot of questions!
I got a near diagnosis this year after 5 years of pestering and demanding help from the doctors (I still need the surgery to 100% confirm but we're pretty certain it's endo) however it hasn't been a nice experience. I thought I'd feel relieved with an answer but I'm still not getting much help. For

Can i shorten my 7 day pill break?
I stopped taking a contraceptive pill for my skin and period but i want to go back on it as having a period and bleeding right now is inconvenient. I’ve already stopped taking it for 3days, can i start it again tomorrow or do i have to wait 7 days?

Should I still be bleeding with my mirena?
Hi I have a mirena in for my endo as well as the pill but unfortunately I’m still spotting after six months and I was just wondering whether that was okay?

The pill supposed to stop endo pain?
In my second opinion consultation today the doctor said that I shouldn’t be getting any pain because I’m on the pill, so she doesn’t think it is endometriosis causing my issues. Is this right? (I had superficial endo found and excised from my right uterosacral ligament in a laparoscopy last year and

Newly ectopic
Hi, I have been lurking here a few weeks. I was glad to find this community. 3.5 weeks ago woke at 4am feeling horrendous with my heart thudding in my chest. Ended up going to GP and to hospital, told by both that I had an ectopic beat. I felt like death warmed up - had no energy for two weeks. Gradually

Anyone have any experience with a balloon / trapped rock / pulling feeling underneath their left lung/ rib cage?
Hi, This first started a year ago for me, I noticed that underneath my left rib cage I had this full sensation which was driving me crazy! It feels like air is trapped under there or like it's being tugged downwards? It seems to flare up whenever I spot or bleed on the pill, but can happen anytime and

Laproscopy and progesterone only pill?
Hi everyone, I'm new here so apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place etc. I'm on the waiting list for a laproscopy after a gynae referral from my GP and this will be my first time having this procedure as they are searching for signs of endo. My GP has offered me a progesterone only pill to help

Now what...
I also didn't like the side effects of the pill and after 12 years on and off it I have no intentions of going back on it, especially now my husband has permanent
contraception
! He was not happy about that, so rude, just said "well what do you suggest we do?"

Hi all! I am new here. Apologies for the long post! I have had bloods done on Day 3 of my cycle. Dealing with endometriosis
I had 2 endometriosis cysts removed last year and since have been recommended to go on the pill. I am worried about the cysts coming back and speaking to my doctors hasn't helped. Does anyone have any advice about what to do? Does anyone have any experience of using the mini-pill or combined pill to

Hey, I have a question about the ‘pill’. I use ‘Gedarel’ and have done for a couple of years now however, now I’m in a relationship I am thinking about having sexual intercourse, I hadn’t been on the pill for several months until my last 21 day cycle, I’m currently on my 5th day of my 7 day period and
