Two polyps found, one removed during colonoscopy, but the other is a 4 cm beast, so just biopsied. Both polyps benign, but the larger one (in the rectum) has

Has anyone else been diagnosed with PA at the age of 19?
I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia at the age of 19 and I had all of the tests done such as colonoscopy and endoscopy and other blood tests and nothing came back positive. My doctor stated that I simply have PA and I am very confused because I never dealt with these problems when I was a child and

Sorry in advance for long post: I've had abdominal pain, and other digestive difficulties over which I will draw a veil! I'm going for a sigmoidoscopy this week. I am on tocilizumab and one of the warnings is for people who have had diverticulitis because of rare possibility of bowel perforation. Also

Any knowledge helps ...
I had my gastroscopy and colonoscopy and the gastroscopy showed normal, that my stomach and oesophagus and everything was fine. My colonoscopy showed that i have about 5 polyps and several ulcers in my colon. Does anyone know what this means? A general surgeon did my colonoscopy so he doesn’t know what

Smelly Gas & Loose Stools
I have had a QFit test and a huge amount of blood tests of late. Last year I had a ct and mri and xrays. I have had abdomen issues for years and spent a small fortune on private tests. Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy 18 months back. I tried to start eating more fibre, at start this was OK, but I have

Symptoms with platelet count ~500?
Hi, everyone....I'm new here and this is my first post. My platelets have climbed from 450 in September to 540 recently. I hadn't had a CBC done for a couple of years prior to September. In the fall of 2017, they were apparently at 330, so on the higher end of "normal". I didn't really have any symptoms

Leaky gut part 2
Follow up on my recent post on leaky gut. I had colonoscopy last week did biopsy waiting on results. The doc at time said everything looked fine with the colon itself apart from being too long and floppy 🤣 she didn't go into much detail. So as you do Google kicks in apparently this could be the cause

Feeling so low
Hi everyone, So I had my first laparoscopy on Thursday afternoon which confirmed I’m plastered in endometriosis, my left Fallopian tube is completely blocked and consultant can see it’s spread and wrapped around my bowel. He said it was too risky to remove any of the endo without a bowel specialist

Chronic pain, no diagnosis
I have suffered pelvic pain for ten years, I have had internals, pelvic exams, ultrasound scans, MRI,
colposcopy
and laparoscopy. All yielded nothing. I was told if the abnormal bleeding stopped I would not have the pain so they carried out endometrial ablation. That was 6 years ago.

Is this diverticulitis??
I have had ibsc for about 20 years though it has got worse lately and I eat lots of veg and fibre. I have hand camera down throat no problems found. They took a biopsy and negative for celiac. To cut a long story short I got a transvaginal untrasound as I had been experiencing pelvic or bladder pain

I have had symptoms related to reflux for 3 years, although it doesn’t fully add up. I get severe indigestion constantly, heartburn and abdominal cramping. Sometimes i’ll wake up in the night with my entire abdomen burning and I vomit up bright yellow acid. Occasionally my throat burns too. I also change
