Hcg numbers causing me stress…
Hi lovely ladies, So I had 2nd beta done last week and it came back at 180… 9 days later (yesterday) it has come back at 2200. I’ve put it in hcg calculator and apparently that’s a doubling time of 59 hours… should I be concerned or am I stressing about nothing? I’m 6 weeks today and my scan isn’t

Macular oedema and steroids
I have diabetic macular oedema and my opthamologist said today that although my eyes are not getting any worse my right eye maybe needs some laser. She said she thought it wasn’t the diabetes that was the problem, I am in remission with a hba1c of 37 but the steroids. Any thoughts on this please. My

Richter's syndrome - Update- Lecture by pathologist Elias Campo
Hello everyone Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a conference given by the pathologist PR Elias Campo at the Oncopole hospital in Toulouse. The topic was to talk about LLC and above all the main topic was the Richter Transformation. It was the first time that this transformation was discussed

Age 43, AMH and AFC ok. High or Low dose stimulation? Hysteroscopy? Additional tests?
Hi all, I've approached 2 clinics in Greece. Each have offered very different protocols. A - One in Athens is suggesting clomid (x3 a day) with perhaps 150 menopur added on, aiming for better quality eggs. They say I have polystic type ovaries (not the syndrome) They are also saying I need a hysteroscopy

How long does the HCG trigger shot stay in system?
Hi All, I hope you're well. We did a super ovulation cycle with letrozole, trigger shot and natural timed intercourse this month, just as a break in between FETs, and I am wondering how long the trigger shot will stay in my system and show a false positive? I took the trigger shot on Friday 19th

so faint line yesterday on my last post I wish u could see it in person as it was so much clearer
I think I'm so early as I do test alot due to trying to conceive for such a long time but not going to get my hopes up as it could have been a chemical pregnancy or could be just nothing but that little glimmer of hope was a nice feeling you no. , Me and my partner took another last night and a line

Tacrolimus?
Hi guys, Can anyone tell me if 14mg of tacrolimus everyday after 3 months post transplant is normal? I know from other consultants that I have slight rejection. I have 1 consultant who will not give me an answer to "what are my blood results". He says everything is fine and there is nothing to worry

Living in the PUPO bubble...10dp5dt *sensitive - updated...bfp*
Hi everyone! Not posted on here in a while but have never stopped lurking 😅 Sorry in advance for the long post and update! My last post was about thinking of moving to a clinic abroad, which we did early this year. Since then we've had 2 cycles in Spain. 1st cycle there (3rd overall after 2 x NHS cycles

what provoked my CLL?
Educating myself about CLL, I read that prolonged stimulation of the immune system in combination with genetic mutations and / or predisposition leads to CLL. I see myself as the ideal candidate for this disease. In a study about 10 years ago, it was found that one of the little proven risk factors

*Sensitive* BFP
I have found great comfort at reading other positive news, so I hope this post is Ok. I am still struggling to believe it’s real, but today at 10dp5dt we had a BFP (first one was at 8dp5dt and was also clear, but it’s only just starting to sink in!). OTD is next Wednesday so we’ll test again then

lungs having hissy fit
Anybody else finding themselves really, really tight and short of breath in last week or two???? I'm assuming pollen & mould spores are to blame( my usual triggers), but breathing is a constant daily battle. My Relvar 184/22 doesn't seem to be doing much, am taking Fexofenadine 180 daytime and montelukast

CoQ10 and NADH for chronic fatigue
I've been doing a little reading on these two supplements as treatments for Chronic Fatigue. Just a few articles I found through a google search. Seems like this might be promising approach but I also don't know anyone that's tried it. I'm hoping someone here could chime in... In addition to chronic

Hcg levels at 10dp5dt
Hey ladies, I know there’s always so many posts like this but here I am aswell asking about lowish hcg numbers :/ I wish for once I could just get a nice strong HCG number and not have to stress about it. Level came back at 59 today, clinic said they like to see over 100 at this point. Any success stories
