PSA going down, but ALP increasing
I'm 3 weeks into a clinical trial for ARV-766, an AR degrader. At 2 weeks, my PSA had dropped from 133 to 66! Bone pain is much less. All my liver numbers are fine, but alkaline phosphatase has gone from 199 when I started to 429 at two weeks and 519 at three weeks. Doc thinks may just be a surge, but

Really high TSH
Hi I had a recent blood test and my TSH has come back at 8.7, this is the highest I've ever had. The docs called me on Thursday and when I said I'm on 200mcg Levo they said they needed to get me in for a review. I'm going today at 10.30am. TSH attached T4 is 15.3 (11-22.6) T3 is 4.2 (3.5-6.5) Any

Blood Test Advice
I have a blood test booked for 8.40 next Monday. The form says: FBC, Ferritin, Liver function, Thyroid function, Vitamin D. At the moment I supplement with Vitamins B12, B complex, C, D, K2 and Turmeric, Selenium and Magnesium. I have stopped B complex but is there anything else I should stop before

please forgive how long winded this will be I’m spaced out and not with it at all. I only posted a few months ago and my T4 results were a little on the high side. I was on 200mcg of Levo and alternate day 225mcg. I’ve reduce this down to 200mcg over 5 days and two doses of 25mcg over 2 days. Example

starting t3, t4 combination
Hi, I am hoping to benefit from the experience of others before me. I am currently on 125 mcg Levothyroxine. I will be starting a trial of t3 and t4 combined next week. The consultant is prescribing 75mcg Levo and 10 mcg Liothyronine. She said it would be fine to start on new doses straight away.

Hypothyroidism help
I took advice from this site, and made certain it was a fasting
test
at 8 am with no meds. All results were fine,
cholesterol
at 6 .6 same as last few years , but TSH had risen to 2.69. No T4 provided. The only response from GP Practice via text message was to urge statins on me.

Results Advice Please
A brief bit of information first. Last year I was diagnosed with cancer, resulting in major surgery in June and a long recuperation. (I have been told 12 months is not unusual) I had just started to feel much more normal when I went to the GP for an unrelated matter. She asked how I was, I said I still

Progress at last
Haven’t posted for a long time. Some of you may know that after reaching my goal of a 10k continuous run I contracted COVID in September 2022. Diagnosed with Long Covid in December 2022, really struggled to even walk 400 yards but saw an improvement last Summer and got to Week 7 all be it very slowly
