I’m a 69-year-old man who’s been suffering with a flutter and a fib for the last eight years I’ve had four ablations many cardioversions my last ablation was with one of the top doctors in Austin none of them worked and I’m still in a flutter. I am 100% heart block which was caused by Covid even though

The PSP-CBD Ice Cream Challenge Day 21
Today marks the first unofficial day of summer, or as we Canuks call it, 24 (two-four) long weekend. Many Canuks will go camping over this time. So, in keeping with the spirit of the 2-4, I created Camp Smores. Day 21 - Camp Smores A bed of Maple Crunch ice cream filled with trail mix, chocolate-covered

IS EXTREME BODY HEAT PART OF HAVING CBD?
Since the
cbd
diagnosis, my husband suffers from an intolerance to heat. It seems that he's always hot and I'm wondering if it's another side effect of
cbd
, or maybe it's from the sinemet?

It feels like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders…
Hi Everyone! Last night I broke the news to my son and have just now spoken to my daughter too. Both conversations were very hard and tearful, but they were kind and understanding and will be tested for the genetic link now. I told them how sorry I was if I have given them this worrying heart problem

Interesting article by Malcolm Kendrick: Assessing cardiovascular disease looking beyond cholesterol
https://journals.lww.com/co-endocrinology/Fulltext/9900/Assessing_cardiovascular_disease__looking_beyond.21.aspx I dont agree with all his opinions but having read his blog https://drmalcolmkendrick.org/ I do agree his evidence is compelling on this topic. I wonder how it might relate to cardiovascular

Did anyone here know that Sleep Apnea can cause AF?
hubby has had AF for 3years.not really doing well. Originally it was off and on. Didn't see a consultant for 2years as he had left for Machester(UK)Cardiology. Finally it all came to ahead and has had 1 ablation (failed) in May 2022. Put on amiadarone till next ablation August (2022). That failed

Weight loss surgery.
I have primary Lymphodeama in both lower legs and one hand. It’s been stable for many years and managed with compression garments. I have over the last decade put on quite a lot of weight. I’ve tried everything and weight loss is so slow I get get up and give up only to gain more. I’m also a stress

Cardioversion
My consultant is recommending cardioversion as the next step in my AF treatment, primarily in order that I can stop taking bisoprolol as this appears to be impacting on my asthma. Has anyone experience of this procedure, success rates, issues with it etc?
