The PSP-CBD Ice Cream Challenge Day 21

Today marks the first unofficial day of summer, or as we Canuks call it, 24 (two-four) long weekend. Many Canuks will go camping over this time. So, in keeping with the spirit of the 2-4, I created Camp Smores.

Day 21 - Camp Smores

A bed of Maple Crunch ice cream filled with trail mix, chocolate-covered mini marshmallow stumps at the fireside. Smores tents - graham wafers, marshmallow, chocolate and added Smucker's chocolate magic shell. Trees are courtesy of my backyard.

Love it. How do you keep coming up with these great ideas and how many trials does it take to get it right?

I can look and think about anything and make it work with ice cream. There were two or three creations that required two trials (ice cream was melting) before I could make them work.

Love this - very artistic. Assumedly being Canada there'd need to be a rifle ready nearby for all the grizzly bears that are a-coming. 😱😁

No need for a rifle. The Grizzlies are happy to sit with you and enjoy a bowl of ice cream😉
