? Experience w/ taking Hydroxychloroquine & ADT simultaneously? If so, issues w/ your heart or other side effects? Clinical Trial or Nubeqa?
If I don't do this trial, then I'll probably start on Nubeqa in a few weeks, since I just became
castration
resistant and current PSA .14. Nubeqa comments are welcome as well. thanks, George

A novel strategy to suppress prostate cancer growth
They knew that androgen receptor activation remained a key driver of the growth of
castration
-resistant tumors, so they focused on GATA2, a factor known to promote androgen receptor expression and activation.

Invitro study. Our novel findings indicate that safe doses of may be used to decrease AR expression and metastatic ability in CRPC cells
Despite androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), recurrence of
castration
-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) often occur due to constitutive AR signaling via both full-length AR (AR-FL) and AR splice variants, primarily AR-V7.

The human microbiome links to prostate cancer risk and treatment (Review)
However, certain patients progress to
castration
‑resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) within 2‑3 years after starting ADT treatment, resulting in a poor prognosis (9). However, there is still a lack of effective tests to distinguish between indolent and resistant Pca at an early stage.

Catch 22 - Hormone sensitive but can't tolerate hormone therapy
I am hormone sensitive which means I am not classified as
castration
resistant. CR is used as a major prerequisite for FDA approval of SOC therapies. So I am not qualified for any (that I know of) of the new therapies. Other than a trial, I can't be treated.

I would like to connect with fellow warriors that are HSPC and on Darolutamide to discuss Time to Failure, early detection assays etc...
Together with apalutamide and darolutamide, which were approved in 2018 and 2019, respectively, these agents have improved the survival of patients with prostate cancer, with applications for both androgen-dependent and
castration
-resistant disease.

Cabergoline Reduces Prolactin To Cure CRPC?
I could swear I've seen posts elsewhere about people concerned with having too low of a level of Prolactin but this asserts that reducing/eliminating it is therapeutic once the cancer switches over to being
castration
resistant?

Here's a $1000 paid online market research study, inviting mCRPC patients, spouses, partners, and caregivers
This study will tap into your/your loved one's personal experience and story as metastatic
castration
resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients or if you have neuroendocrine prostate cancer. This is not a medical clinical trial.

Monoamine oxidase A (MAOA): A promising target for prostate cancer therapy

Discussion:
"In this phase 2 trial involving patients with non-metastatic,
castration

How fast does ELIGARD drop PSA? My urinary symptoms are worsening despite the injection, TURP and Testosterone under 20.
[i]I'm wondering if since my pre-ELIGARD testosterone was under 50 before treatment (what my MO said it needs to be) and my testosterone was almost zero before treatment, does this mean I've already got
castration
resistant growths?
