ADT (sort of) on screen
., it seem the answer to my questions is that
castration
at an early age is an entirely different thing, but let's not let that little fact keep us from having a bit of humor :-)

Clinical Implications of New Data on Apalutamide + ADT in Castrate-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
So, these two drugs belong to androgen receptor potent AR inhibitor and for the first time, this drug was tested in this metastatic
castration
-sensitive prostate cancer setting and what we see was really remarkable.

Rapid PSA decrease?
And now one of those hard questions: How long does it generally take to become
castration
resistant? I assume it depends on a whole lot of factors, and it can probably vary a lot even for the same factors. But I don't have a clue, so please help me with some sort of guidance.

Periprostatic Fat & ADT
The connection between androgen deprivation therapy, obesity, inflammation, and prostate cancer progression is well-established in clinical settings; however, an understanding of the changes in adipose tissue at the molecular level induced by
castration
therapies is missing.

T levels and Zytiga
My understanding is that 50 ng/dl is considered
castration
level, but with prostate cancer you really want to try to get it under 20. My test came back at "<7", which means I don't have enough T for the test to detect.
