Hi, I was recently diagnosed with mild osteopenia and told by the physician to take
calcium
with Vitamin D supplements twice per day. A second physician said I should also take it with Vitamin K.

calcium
is a good way to prevent a fib. Has anyone heard that? 2nd question is has Anyone gotten Covid who has a fib and had the same electrical problems that I had? Besides that I’m feeling great I think the pacemaker really helped me.

Replacement for bisoprolol but big dilemma
Now if that is the case I have an option to change to another beta blocker or indeed move to a
calcium
channel blocker. However my af symptoms have been fine for around 15 months and ectopics are minimal compared to what they were before.

Resting HR increase after ablation, but why?
I’ve been on Edoxaban blood thinners, rhythm control Flecainide and
calcium
channel blocker Verapamil since ablation - I was on none of these before ablation. My understanding is that the meds should reduce HR but does that include RHR?

Always taken multivitamin and had hard time swallowing the

Underactive thyroid help please
It appears my Vitamin D level is low,
calcium
level is a bit under and T3 is bang on the bottom end of being in range. The test was taken early in the morning with no food eaten or medication taken beforehand.
