Prepping for a frozen cycle
We are planning our next frozen cycle for January, this time using
buserelin
to down reg due to irregular periods. We’ve had a couple of years off renovating our house with the last 2 cycles ending up with 2 early losses, 1 of those I ended up rushed to hospital.

Functional ovarian cyst and Frozen embryo cycles
My clinic said I could use
buserelin
but I’m more inclined to wait for my periods to become regular again. Anyone else experienced similar and did their cyst go away on its own? Ideally I’d like mine too before commencing a cycle!

First Transfer Cancelled
This time we did long protocol,
buserelin
and menopur, 12 follicles, 9 eggs, 4 mature, but 3 were abnormal. So we had one embryo that was fair quality. But this morning I received the call that it hadn't made it to day 5. Please tell me this gets easier.

Long protocol side effects
I am going to be down regged with
buserelin
, then stimmed with Meriofert and gonal f. What side effects have people had (or not) with especially
buserelin
as hoping to work through down reg then be off/reduced duties for start of stims.

Is it possible to get pregnant whilst taking buserelin?
I started taking
Buserelin
on May 30th. It's now June 18th, and I've not had a bleed yet. I've spoken to my nurse and she said it could be one of two things. Either, the endometrial lining isn't very thick and there's not really anything there to shed, OR, I could already be pregnant.

Era cancelled, convert to timed intercourse 🤯 fed up
So I've been on
buserelin
for 3 weeks (the one injection I HATE and I've hated the last 3 weeks) and had my baseline yesterday. I'd three whopping follicles (30mm) and found out today they are producing oestrogen.

buserelin trigger for fresh transfer
we had a perfect AA hatching embryo transferred and all along they have said my lining was perfect etc The fresh transfer failed.. could the
buserelin
have been the reason for this?

Buserelin and late periods
Evening ladies I am day 12 into

buserelin shortage
We are going for the long protocol again but our doctor has advised there is a shortage of
buserelin
so we can either wait for that ( they can’t advise when this will be ) or we have been offered prostap . They have said this is a one off injection but am worried as have never had this before .

Should I sell and retire with PSA at 0.1 following 9 months undetectable?
Diagnosed early 2022, Gleason 4+4. Metastasis to multiple sites on the pelvis, no other detectable spread. Triplet therapy with ongoing goserelin and abiraterone with prednisone. Abiraterone is once per day with a low fat meal. Following nine months of undetectable PSA results, I recently received

Looking for cycle buddies 👋🏻 day 7 downregging, cycle 6
I’ve just finished first week of
buserelin
injections. As always it’s giving me massive waves of anxiety. This time the anxiety and low mood hit quite a few days later than the last cycle so I suppose that’s a tiny silver lining!

buserelin injections- where to do them?
Hi all, after a very long gap from IVF I am starting my down regulation tomorrow. Had a sudden panic on best place to start my injections. Where abouts on your stomach do you do them and is it upper outer thigh? Last time I did them all in my stomach but can’t remember exactly where, how low? Is it just

ADT duration data measures
odd query but when reading studies and research on ADT duration they refer to months or years - I am curious as the implants are often prescribed monthly or 3 monthly but that actually means 4 weekly or 12 weekly with such ADT as goserelin - so are the studies that say 4, 6, 18, 24, 36 months referring
