Ibrance and GI Issues
I've been on Ibrance/Letrozole since April 2021. I started on Verzenio/Letrozole November 2020-March 2021 and had to stop because I had HORRIBLE GI issues (constipation and diarrhea). In the last two weeks I have felt nauseous, minimal constipation, minimal diarrhea, and vomited once. I've been very

Angiogram-who is to blame?
I was due to have an angiogram last Thursday but because I hadn't paused Apixaban for 3 days before I couldn't have it. The consultant who was to have conducted the procedure met me and simply said "these things happen" but we then had one of the most disagreeable consultations I have ever had afterwards

New primary Breast Cancer! Grade three lobular triple negative! Unrelated to my MBC. Time frame for surgery?
I was diagnosed with de novo MBC in November 2018 and no lump was found. So started on Ibrance and Letrozole as my first line of treatment. I recently felt a large lump in my breast appear almost overnight and mentioned it at my oncology appointment a few weeks later. I was then booked in for a biopsy

surgery and Ibrance
Morning all, , I was wondering if anyone has had knee replacement and had to go off Ibrance. I had to stop taking it 4 weeks before, and 6 weeks after surgery. I put off the surgery as long as I could because I was so nervous to go off the Ibrance. I continued letrozole and all other meds . I have a

Pet Scan results
My Pet Scan done Monday indicated NED again! I am praying Ibrance and Letrazole will continue to work for awhile longer. Been on them 2 years. I had written earlier about my periformis muscle and received great information! Incidentally my pet scan did mention inflammation around the area that is hurting

Can we get perms or not?
Hi Ladies, I was just wondering if any of you have had a perm while on Ibrance? I asked my onc and she wasn't sure, so I know someone here will have the answer. Thank you so much.

Evusheld anyone?
Has anyone tried Evusheld as prophylaxis for Covid? If so, what was your reaction and has it been effective. I’m currently on Ibrance and Faslodex with chronic neutropenia so would like better immunity to current Covid strain (had 2 & 2 shots).

Before seeing an electrophysiologist
I’ve got an appointment beginning of august to see an electrophysiologist for broad complex tachycardia, SVT, PAF. this is all after muscle damage from heart attack. The letter says I’ll have 2 hours of tests before seeing any doctor. Anyone any ideas what these tests might be? Besides the obvious ECG

Possible AF
Last Sunday I had a dreadful accident. I either slipped or tripped in the kitchen. I had a kettle full of boiling water in my hand at the time. The result was that I badly scalded my leg and was taken by ambulance to my nearest A&E hospital which is 20 plus miles away. Whilst enroute the paramedics did

Liver Mets - Ibrance - Tumor Markers
This is my first post so it will be the back story and my question. (Sorry!) My mom (76 now) was diagnosed in June 2021 on a ER visit for stomach pain. Turned out to be her BC had returned after over 10 years and had returned to her liver. They did scans etc - and she had "innumberable" lesions on her

Thank you everyone for sharing!
Yesterday I posted that I was getting ready to start Ibrance and Letrozole and asked what time most people take them. I am overwhelmed with the amount of information shared. Thank you so much for everyone who shared. I really appreciate the feedback and all the other important information and tips

Finally something to be hopeful about!
I saw my pulmonologist on Monday, and had a great conversation with him! The CT of chest, abdomen and pelvis done earlier this month indicated some additional suspicious spots in the right upper lobe of my lungs. He read the report and looked at the film on line and compared it to the last one. He

I have been on ibrance and faslidex for a little over six years. Lately I experienced a slight lip tingling on my lower lip. Had Ct scan of the brain as well as MRI with no evidence of any issues . Went to check my eyes snd cardiac with all good results. Has anyone experienced this as a result of ibrance

radiotherapy , 1 session to Sacrum, anyone had a 1 session palliative dose.
Hi everyone I’m managing week 1 on Cape ok, bit nausea so far but nothing too drastic. My main issue is still the progression in sacrum which I had 3 radiotherapy sessions for in Nov 2020 and they worked well until a month ago. That’s how my original diagnosis was made for sacrum pain. I now have

Ibrance and hazy vision?
Dear all Several of you have reported watery eyes and tears caused by Ibrance/Palbociclib. I've had that in the past, then it stopped, but over the past weeks I have developed hazy vision, as though seeing everything in constant very light smog. I am most unlikely to have diabetes, which is one potential

I know there’s been much discussion on Ibrance Letrozole and hair loss- does it stop
Hi all, Everyone here is so helpful, I’ve read many posts about Ibrance, Letrozole and xcheva and hair loss. My question will it stop? Taking Biotin not helping, wash hair only a few times a week. I “had” extremely thick hair and it’s so fine now. Hoping it stops and re-grows I’m on my 6th month
