Why Ibrance?
Having been prescribed Ibrance nearly three years ago, I spoke with an Ibrance representative and asked what the price was at the time. It was $17,00, per week. I think that it was per week but my mind stopped with the $17,000. She went on to assure me that the cost to me would be so much less. I

UTIs monthly
I’m taking Ibrance and anastrozole anyone having UTIs. I get them once a month. I’m exhausted from this. My gp is going to put me on an antibiotic low dose daily, hopefully that helps. I drink a lot of water and juice but still get them. I’m 71 years old and never had this experience before. To be honest

I have been waiting for a heart monitor since February, and when I enquired about it, apparently the GP had forgotten to ask about it. I now have an appointment to get one on 22nd August. I was feeling that I was going to faint, so she cut my atenolol from 50mg to 25 mg, which has helped, but heart still

Verzenio dose reduction?
I was on 150 mg twice a day, took a two week vacation then down to 100 mg 2x daily. My oncologist is thinking of reducing it to the lowest allowable dose, 50 mg 2x. My side effects are not severe, but they persist through 3 cycles. Frequent diarrhea, occasional stomach cramps, but the fatigue is the

Ablation update and some good news re our NHS
Thought I would give an update on my ablation and subsequent treatment. As already posted, on 5th July I had a long awaited ablation in effect this was a second ablation in a period of about 7 years. This time it was s cryo ablation so just isolated the pulmonary veins. After an initially good 2 weeks

Pudendal Neuralgia Question
I've had pelvic floor physio and a nerve block injection and I still have very severe chronic pudendal neuralgia pain. My review after the nerve block isn't for 6 weeks so has anybody got any info out there on avenues that I might be able to explore to get rid of this awful pain.

lymphopenia and ibrance
Hello to all, Hope you had a good day. Just had my blood work back and I have lymphopenia - low lymphocytes. It's the first time in two years. Has anyone experienced this? Can it explain my suvmax uptake raising? Does it mean ibrance is not working anymore or progression? Thanks to all

Anticoagulants and PPIs
Hi everyone, I have just had an annual medication review over the phone with a pharmacist. I am taking Apixaban 5mg twice daily together with low dose Flecainide (50mg x 2 daily) and Bisoprolol (2.5mg daily). The latter to offset any possible side effects from Flecainide!! I have been in sinus rhythm

Hello everyone! First post here but have been reading a lot and found it very helpful. Mets diagnosed back in March of this year. CA 15-3 was tested in my initial work up for restage. My markers have not been tested again. Was wondering what is being followed by other oncologists and how often they

5/2 IBrance Schedule update
After two years on IBrance , going from 125 mg to 100 mg because of low neutrophils and still not being able to restart after a week off, I had researched the advantage of using the 5/2 schedule. My main goal was to avoid the terrible lows that lasted as much as 5 -7 days, leaving me weak, depressed
