lymphopenia and ibrance
Hello to all, Hope you had a good day. Just had my blood work back and I have lymphopenia - low lymphocytes. It's the first time in two years. Has anyone experienced this? Can it explain my suvmax uptake raising? Does it mean ibrance is not working anymore or progression? Thanks to all

Anticoagulants and PPIs
Hi everyone, I have just had an annual medication review over the phone with a pharmacist. I am taking Apixaban 5mg twice daily together with low dose Flecainide (50mg x 2 daily) and Bisoprolol (2.5mg daily). The latter to offset any possible side effects from Flecainide!! I have been in sinus rhythm

Left Bundle Branch Block?
ECG showed same abnormal changes as last time and the doctor told me I have a left

. She tried really hard to get me to stay in overnight but I have no one to care for my dog so I couldn’t. Anyway, can anyone shed some light on this condition? How serious is it?

Tumor Markers
Hello everyone! First post here but have been reading a lot and found it very helpful. Mets diagnosed back in March of this year. CA 15-3 was tested in my initial work up for restage. My markers have not been tested again. Was wondering what is being followed by other oncologists and how often they

5/2 IBrance Schedule update
After two years on IBrance , going from 125 mg to 100 mg because of low neutrophils and still not being able to restart after a week off, I had researched the advantage of using the 5/2 schedule. My main goal was to avoid the terrible lows that lasted as much as 5 -7 days, leaving me weak, depressed

Stopping ibrance.
Hi. Did anyone just say the heck with it and stop ibrance a couple of days early for the month. This is just getting old and I just want to get through the ugly first couple of the days off since I have a family wedding and want to feel good. Thanks. Marianne

Mets and covid
I was off Ibrance for 5 weeks while I had Covid and the cataract surgery. My back started hurting a lot. My pet scan showed larger and increased bone Mets. I think it was the Covid. Now I’m back on Ibrance for 6 weeks and pain is gone. I see my dr this week and he’ll probably change my meds but I

cataract surgery
I had my ophthalmology appointment yesterday and was told I need to have cataract surgery, which explains why driving at night is so bad. Has anyone had cataract surgery? I’m on Ibrance and Letrozole. A little nervous about having the surgery I know it is a very simple surgery but just concerned about

Ablation advice
My EP has booked me in for an ablation within next six weeks (Sept 13) but didn’t explain why I need it. It took my cardiologist a year to consider arrhythmia and a further year for an EP to investigate it via loop monitor. I’ve been told it’s a rhythm and rate issue, it’s PAF, it’s ectopics, it’s

Ibrance and faslodex no longer working
I’ve been on Ibrance and faslodex for 15 mo. Everything was going great and I had few side effects, no back pain. Then I got Covid. Back pain started creeping up on me. My last PET scan showed Mets spreading and growing larger. One in my liver. Please tell me what meds I can try next. I’m 72 and

ibrance and diarrhoea
hi, I’ve been taking Ibrance for about 10 months and usually suffer from constipation. However for the last 2 months I have been suffering from diarrhoea every day. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to rectify this problem? Thanks Claire

Lower Dose Ibrance Still Effective
Hey Guys! Asked my oncologist after last scan if lowering Ibrance from 125mg to 100mg would be ok. She agreed to do it. Just had my scan yesterday and met with onco today. Still seeing improvement at the same rate as 4 months ago. Just an FYI for those of you wondering about dosage and whether it

What next after Ibrance? - Verzenio, Kisquali, Xeloda & more
Dear friends, After 1.5 years on Ibrance/Fulvestrant and a very short time in NED status (great while it lasted...) my cancer reappeared this spring. I've just had an axillary lymph node dissection, removing all the known cancerous spots, and now the question is what will be my meds going forward.
