Brukinsa

I have CLL and have been on Brukinsa about a year now. I wonder if anyone on Brukinsa has taken the RSV vax?

Four years after FCR or chemo treatment, and three and a half years after Gyzava or immunotherapy now I am taking Brukinsa. Does anybody have a similar experience? How long can Brukinsa keep me going? Thank you

hi, had to stop Zanubrutinib treatment due to edema and heart failure. Wondering if anyone else has had this reaction to the drug? Docs thinks is possible HF caused by previous chemo and Zanubrutinib could still work in small doses, but am wary as HF came on so fast - 20 kg in water retention.

I’m on Brukinsa 320 mg a day. I go to bed and wake up in the morning with them ! Thanks!

I can not stop thinking about how Brukinsa is going to affect me. Trying not to be a big baby about it but it does worry me how I am going to feel .

My cardiologist wants me to take a baby aspirin daily but I’m on brukinsa. I wonder if there will be issues. I will call oncology before I start taking it. Wonderful if anyone had experience with these two.

I’ve been on Brukinsa for about 4 months now. I’ve been experiencing mid to upper back pain that also radiates to lower back. My onocologist has order a STAT MRI. otf the thoracic spine and lower lumbar spine. Anyone else had this issue/ experience? Thanks!

I’d say as far Brukinsa is a success!!

At full dosage there is 14 days of Brukinsa and 45 days of CalQuence....

Diagnosed barely 2 months ago and on brukinsa for a month now. Tolerated fairly well so far except for mouth sores. Used magic mouthwash for10 days and cleared things up pretty well I stopped it but still getting lumpy things in mouth. Also dull ache in back molar.

I was started almost immediately on a slightly decreased dose of brukinsa after my ct scan which showed a 6.3 Superclavicular node and other nodes in neck and chest area but yet I read in this forum that some are still on WW with that scenario. Any thoughts on this.

The Brukinsa is definitely working as planned. On the subject of melanoma, this has not been mentioned to me even though my oncologist knows I am headed for a vacation in the Caribbean.

Started on Brukinsa due to 6mm Supraclavicular node. Tolerating well on reduced dose of 240mg. I have a Notch 1 mutation and a normal FISH. No one has ever mentioned this mutation to me and was afraid to ask. Can anyone give me information on this. Also negative D38?

We discussed options and decided on Brukinsa. I just completed the first cycle (28 days) and met with him last Friday. He was amazed at the reduction in size as he could not feel any enlarged lymph nodes in my neck/collarbone area.

Am having joint, muscle, skeletal pain with the med..any suggestions for relief? I can't take alleve or ibuprophen due to bleeding concerns..tylenol does not cut it..

My husband (50) has been on Brukinsa for 6 months. Initially did really well on it. Recently the last few weeks he seems to be going backwards. Extreme fatigue, bloody noses, and night sweats which he hasn’t had in 6/7 years. Any insight to what might be going on?

Then after a CT scan which found several internal enlarged lymph nodes and one external I was placed on Brukinsa 240mg. I have been having some side effects such as mouth sores (awful) a few low grade temps, a few night sweats and some mild back aches. Feeling sad and hoping they will subside.

i was diognosed with 4th stage cll/sll ten years ago now i had my blood work done today my wbc count is 28.0 and my absolute lymphocyte count is 24.6, red blood cell count 4.53 after 8 weeks on brukinsa.

I began initial treatment for CLL only 5 days ago and, in that time, my white blood count went up quite a bit. Has anyone else had this happen? My oncologist is not concerned saying that sometimes happens for the first three or four weeks but I would like confirmation from someone else who has experienced

cll patient that has been on brukinsa for six weeks and with wbc count of 30.3 and lymphocyte absolute count of 27.6 should i be concerned.
