i was diognosed with 4th stage cll/sll ten years ago now i had my blood work done today my wbc count is 28.0 and my absolute lymphocyte count is 24.6, red blood cell count 4.53 after 8 weeks on brukinsa.

What was the trigger for starting treatment? Is this the first one? Did you pull 10 years in stage 4 without treatment?

yes i was treated for five weeks with fludarabine,rituximab,cyclophosphamide and lenalidomide to start , then i did three other treatments with little success, that when i started treatment on imbruvica for six years now i have started brukinsa treatment for eight weeks, my blood work from yesterday reveiled mt wbc count is 28.0 my rbc count is 4.53, my absolute lymphocyte count is 24.6 my hemoglobin is 13.6 and my platelet count is 106.

It sounds like great results, but not sure of where you started WBC-wise before starting Z. I just started 3 weeks ago (WBC t0: 57 t+1.5weeks: 74 t+3.5 weeks:50), so it seems to be doing some good. Platlet count went down a tad (110 to 103).

I am wonder if you are doing 2x twice/day or 4x once, and wondering why some docs prescribe one or the other. Any idea?
