Brukinsa side effects

Happy Tuesday!

I’ve been on Brukinsa since July 24. Was having upper abdomen pain and feeling full after eating small amounts. Had a CT scan….. no progression of CLL. Spleen and Liver normal size. However, since last two CT 9/24 & 10/24, I’ve developed Typical Fatty Liver Infiltration near gallbladder fossa.

I’ve read a couple of articles saying the sone patients have had this development on Zanu.

Anyone else here had this condition while on Zanu?

My onocologist is out of office until tomorrow.

Hi Nan I’ve been on Zan since March 24. No real side effects. I’ve put on extra weight! But I lost so much wt when my CLL turned aggressive, I really needed to put some back on. So now I’ve gone over my usual steady wt of 60 k I’m now 66k. So a bit tight around the waist for some clothes!!

And… I do like chocolate bars after dinner!!!!

Thanks for the info. I’ve gained some of my weight back as well. I’m right there with you…. 150lb ( 68 kg). Sending prayers and good vibes your way😊
