Burning sensations
Hi I was diagnosed last month- spent a week in the hospital on IV steroids. Went home ok and today (a month later) my legs are burning hot I can barely walk. Not quite IC but ouch!
My lovely, cool mesh vest top seems to have a bite - it also acted as a cheese grater on my right nipple last run 😳 Antiseptic cream and a plaster donned today. Being hairy in that area, not looking forward to removing the plaster later 😱

Alllergic reaction to Fucidin cream? fucidic acid?
Has anyone had an allergic reaction to using Fucidin cream? I was prescribed it to apply to sores on my leg, now I've got an itchy red lumpy rash all over my arms and torso. Saw my GP, doesn't know what it is. To me it looks like an allergy, I know I'm allergic to penicillin. My left leg & foot is swollen

Infection after Laproscopy
Hi all, I had a laparoscopy 22/05/18. I was under for 3 hours and they removed a lot of endo but not all. They had to make two additional incisions too so I have 3 wounds healing from the lap. The two on either side of my abdomen seem to be healing fine (touch wood) a little itchiness which is good

Is this Behcets, please help!
Hi, I am desperate for advice . I have been having a growing list of symptoms and illnesses over the last 11 years . I began with massive hormone swings and endometriosis which meant a full hysterectomy four years ago. I have been having mouth and dental issues with ulcers turning into infections in

The $64,000 Question!
So... many of you know I went to see my Rheumy last Wednesday. It was a routine appointment that ended up with her draining, what appeared to be, a ridiculous amount of fluid from my knee and injecting it with Cortisone... I have a torn meniscus & Baker's Cyst. On Friday morning, an unexpected trip

Couldn't Make This 💩 Up!
At 4:45 this afternoon I was back at my local surgery, for the second time in 6 hours! About an hour after I started the Nystatin and the Naseptin Nasal Cream, the palms of my hands became ridiculously itchy! I was walking around Waitrose (looking for Sauerkraut, as you do!) and looked like a woman

Yes indeeda... it is candida!
I just had the best experience! That's twice this week... I'm on a roll! It was my first ever appointment with a Nurse Practitioner at my local surgery and she was warm welcoming, empathetic and thorough! (More thorough than many of her doctor colleagues!) She confirmed I do indeed have the dreaded

Really???
REALLY!! Each year an individual is diagnosed, at alarming numbers, with multiple sclerosis known as MS. Many often fear or even wonder what this diagnosis brings, other than how celebrities like Montel Williams describe his symptoms. When I was diagnosed I didn't know or understand what multiple sclerosis

Living with MS
I was diagnosed with Ms in 2012. I was on the Medication Rebif and had to change because it was not working for me. Now I'm on Gilenya and it seems to be working for me. My neurologist put me on Ampyra to help with my walking also. It seems that the Ampyra assistance program was terminated Dec.

Insect bite
Okay soo I’m in The Gambia in west Africa at the moment and I’ve been bitten nearly a week ago. I was told to keep the open wound covered and to put antiseptic cream on it. The red stuff around it is apparently poison and I’m panicking like made because it isn’t going down if any hint it’s getting ever
