Thanks for good wishes ;(
There are
blisters
all around and it is quite swollen...no lesions on the eye itself. I'm on anti-viral, some pain meds and am grateful for the mouthwash. Every 'wake-up' brings a surprise...Dr. check tomorrow afternoon..just time I guess.

UPDATED....OFF the COUCH...MARCH WEEK 1...🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇 Come and play footsie with me?
Shoes Ill-fitting running shoes are not good, They have the potential for all manner of issues, causing numbness,
blisters
etc., etc. If your shoes are too small and tight for your feet, they can damage toenails , etc. etc.

8K long run in my new shoes today! (Photo will come, promise!)
And no bleeding or
blisters
where I usually get them! There are a few new areas of my feet that do feel a tiny bit sore, so I just have to be aware of them and tape them up if necessary. Overall, they were quite comfortable to run in!

My story so far.
She did the first two runs and got very deep
blisters
, I completed the first week, which I found harder than I’d expected, and said I wouldn’t move on without her, so did week one again. It was clear her feet were going to take some time to heal, so we agreed I’d start week two.

Week 4 run 1
Now I'm just amazed at how well I'm getting through this, week one I struggled with it all then I got new running shoes that gave me awful
blisters
but I persevered with the help of blister plasters. I've had technology issues, the storm and then the frost. I've not been put off one little bit.

Transitioning to New Shoes
Recently they started rubbing the skin on my toes and causing
blisters
. With a half marathon coming up in April, I decided to have a gait analysis and treated myself to a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 22s. I got them today and wore them on an easy 5K recovery run tonight. They felt so nice!

Another shoe disaster...
By the time I reached home I have 2 small
blisters
. Now stuck with another pair of trainers I can’t take back!? Is it just a simple fact they need “wearing in”. With this pass with wearing them more? Feeling a bit disappointed... how do I find the perfect pair of trainers without wasting money!?

Levator muscle syndrome; Levator ani syndrome
However, about 3 weeks ago, the excruciating pain that began twelve years ago has returned (and nothing helps), and I was in bed with the heating pad for over a week until I could get in to see my colon doctor (heating pad on high helps to take your mind off the pain, although it does sometimes cause

Shingles.....or not? On Watch~!
I got right in and he said he doesn't think it is shingles because of the pattern and lack of
blisters
. He did another ESR/CRP to double check for the discomfort. I got an erythromicin cream and was told to head to the emergency room or opthamologist should it spread.

Spring 2020 Half Marathon Group 😄 Reflecting!
For me, this must be how on earth do you prevent
blisters
when you’ve already tried wide fit shoes, heel lock lacing, twin skin socks, compeed, fixomull with leukotape, rocktape and Vaseline?

Lumps/bumps on head
For a year now I’ve been noticing red lumps just coming up on my head which turn into
blisters
and pop, I’m so embarrassed by them and wondered if anyone has any idea as to what could be causing this? Thank you in advance of any ideas/advice.

First world problems 🙄😩😅
Saggy leggings and
blisters
wouldn’t be good. 😳 2. EE are doing “planned maintenance” on the mast near our house. So no mobile signal until midnight. Excuse me, how am I supposed to do Day 18 of Yoga with Adriene and how am I supposed to keep up with my VRBs?

Slough New Year 10K: upset, panic, a PB, minor blisters and camaraderie
I wore the Hokas (which I am currently in love with) and despite the remnants of
blisters
, carefully applied Compeed. Fixomull and Leukotape meant I was barely aware of my feet during this 10k. Huge progress!
