Initial Phase 1 Data on MB-105 for Patients with PSCA-positive Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer
From what I understand PSCA is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells but also in other kinds of cancer and also in other tissues (in small amounts), and its production increases as the disease progresses, making it a better target for later stages (but this is my speculation!). What is important

Can Fenbendazole be taken along with Orgovyx?
My husband has just been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. The doctor plans to do a scan to see if it has spread and then put him on Orgovyx. I am concerned about side effects (he is 86) and was hoping fenbendazole could be used at the same time to help things along. Does anyone have experience

Low Testosterone reduces Survival by a huge amount.
This plot compares prostate cancer specific mortality probability versus time for two different levels of testosterone: Low and Normal. The low testosterone has a median value of 162 ng/dL [120-236] and the average normal T = 680 ng/dL. The cohort is 58 men with unfavorable intermediate risk who underwent

Help! Anyone here try zytiga holidays for 2-7 days every so often? Also, any recommended medications recommended to stop these hot flashes. I only take the 250mg because I get the same affect. With 1000 mg I have heart problems.Thanks4673

Hello - I'm about to return to the Mayo for the first review since my previous visit last November. As I've reported here, my last major treatment was chemo with cabazitaxel at the Oncology Center in Nicosia, Cyprus, where I live. This was successful: PSA fell from 83 at the start of chemo to about 3

What AI should i be using for my cancer research
I constantly am searching articles on prostate cancer and it is so easy to go off on infinite tangents and never come up with a clear plan. I see AI is very helpful and I see it as taking a big part in the future of fighting this beast. Any suggestions on which AI to utilize for this adventure?

I have been on a low carb diet since my diagnosis back in March of 2023 . Eligard and Erleada have got my PSA down from 195 down to 0.01. I have been watching a lot of YouTube video's touting the health benefits of a carnivore diet. So far the only prostate diet person posting video's on YouTube that
