First Benepali jab after switching from Enbrel
I have my new
Benepali
waiting in the fridge and tomorrow is my first one. I have read the leaflet that comes with it as its a different type of pen to the Enbrel.

I'm currently on
Benepali
and MTX, this seems to have settled my joints down for the time being which is nice. I'm still really struggling to get my meds, every other month it seems to be a real battle with my GP/Hospital. Does anyone else struggle to get their medication?

I would appreciate it if anyone out there has also been using
Benepali
, and if so, how did it make them feel....... It seems to be helping my RA, but I really don't feel too good in myself....difficult to explain, so would be interested in how other people are getting on.... Many thanks

Life is for Living
Mostly, I haven't had much to say because thanks to the
benepali
, I'm finding I have energy again, I can move again, and I'm trying to enjoy life as much as possible, and that means being on the computer less and less.

Knees Again
I also hoped starting
Benepali
injections would help. I have done 12 injections so far and last week my knees started getting worse again. I saw my rheumatologist yesterday and he said to keep doing the injections for 3 more months and take what ever steroids I need to take.

I have now received a letter from my hospital informing me they are withdrawing Enbrel and replacing it with a"biosimilar"
benepali
to save money.

Perfect Day
Well, I can heartily say the
Benepali
is doing absolute wonders. From being unable to take the cap off the medication by myself the first day to going on an adventure with the Dutchman yesterday, it's been glorious.

Change is in the air. New drug
Hi All Following on from a recent visit to my consultants my Enbrel (Eterercept) will be changed to
Benepali
, a biosimilar which is cheaper the Enbrel. I've been on Enbrel since 2005 and Methotrexate for the last two years lets hope the new one works as well. As to the weather and arthritis.

Getting mucked about with H C @Home and Enbrel delivery!
Whether it's a prescription for Enbrel or
Benepali
who can possibly tell.

At the weekend I took my first dose of
Benepali
. Wow, I haven't felt sick or had any nasty side affects like I'd previously had from methotrexate and sulfasalazine. The nurse was lovely and it finally felt like some of my questions were answered. So fingers crossed it helps.
