I would appreciate it if anyone out there has also been using Benepali, and if so, how did it make them feel.......
It seems to be helping my RA, but I really don't feel too good in myself....difficult to explain, so would be interested in how other people are getting on....
Many thanks

Hi Carter 57 I've been on it a couple off months and take mtx along side it and it's doing wonders for me , I still get odd pain but not on the scale I had for the last 2 years as I'm exercising more with fitness classes and aqua aerobics 2 a week
Ah, that's so good for you, I must admit, it definitely seems to be helping the RA, do feel better than I have for a long time, and like you, am almost 2months into using it.....
Just interested to know if it has had any unusual side effects on anybody....
Take care, and good luck with the excercising etc....
Hi I had about 4 injections of benepali, but started getting a tingling feeling down the side of my face. I have now been put back on Enbrel.I also didn't feel as well in myself whilst on it. I did feel bad that I it didn't work for me as I know the NHS need to save money but I d had Bells Palsy before and the feeling I got scared me. I hope you feel better on it soon.
Thanks so much for replying to my post......I am really trying to persevere with the benepali, as it is my 3rd different biologic....had breast cancer 3 years ago, which totally put my RA out of sync.....
I do think it is helping my RA, but just do not feel right......just helps to know how other people are getting on with it.....
I also agree with your bit about the NHS needing to save money, I actually work in a hospital, so really do want to do my bit.....
I have been on it for 3 months. To start with I got a slight sore throat for a day or two afterwards. I'm not sure if it is working with me as my knees are worse than ever. That could be because I may have more than RA with them. The other parts of me seem to be doing fairly well but I am also still on steroids but reducing them. I hope they work for you. I have been told to stay on them a further three months and see how I am then.
